Subject was causing a disturbance at the pharmacy after he was denied pain meds and was asked to leave. Subject left and went to a nearby hotel where he laid down on the floor and began causing a second disturbance. Subject was asked to leave several times but refused. NARRATIVE
Caller at the home contacted 9-1-1 to report a burglary in progress. The caller locked himself inside a bathroom and advised he was “very sacred” due to some unknown person breaking down a door in the house. Officers arrived and observed a male inside a bedroom holding a metal rod smashing through a bedroom door. The male was ordered to drop the metal rod. The male declined to comply with the officer’s order. Officers forced entry into the house and used a taser to subdue the male. The male was later identified as a roommate of the caller who had unexpectedly returned early to the residence after consuming a whole fifth of whisky and two-thirds of a two litter bottle of Vodka. The male could not initially recall who he was, where he was, or what day of the week it was. The male was transported to the hospital due to his condition. |

Bicycle officer observed as the subject was acting suspiciously near the store. It appeared, based on the fact that the coat she was wearing still had tags on it, that the individual had stolen the jacket. Bike Officers verified with store security that the subject did not wear the jacket upon entering the store and did not pay for the jacket. The subject was detained and a records check revealed that she had outstanding warrants for her arrest. She was arrested and booked into jail for her two warrants. |

When police arrived there were over 100 vehicles and approximately 200-300 people. The vehicles were part of a Facebook Invite for car enthusiasts were escorted out of the Park and Ride without incident. |

RP called to report that a male kept getting in and out of a car parked in front of her house. When the male saw that the female had spotted him he moved the car a few blocks away. As officers arrived they located the suspect walking. Officers also located the car in question and two additional individuals were inside the vehicle that had burglary tools and drug paraphernalia in it. All three subjects were arrested and the car was towed to the station for a search warrant. |

Several callers from homes alone Hazelwood Lane SE called to report a female screaming and running from their backyards to the old train tracks. When Officer arrived the found the intoxicated female near a vehicle. The car had flat tires as if it had driven over the exposed train tracks and the wheels were buried in the gravel. The female was intoxicated and uncooperative. She fell down and was subsequently transported to the hospital by the fire department due to her level of intoxication. |
