Subject who suffers from PTSD was observed by employees wondering through the complex and climbing on the roof of the carport. He was also caught by utility workers climbing on their trucks. Officers arrived and transported the individual to the hospital for a mental evaluation. |

Subject was contacted twice today in the downtown area. During the first call he touched a woman’s arm and asked if she was single. He was trespassed from the building as a result. Later it was reported he was intoxicated and urinating at the downtown park. He also began talking to women in the kids’ play area before he walked off. He was contacted and issued a trespass for the downtown park. |

Two suspects were seen by a customer removing money from the cash register and leaving the store. Officers arrived to find that the till had been forced open and money was removed. A K-9 track was unable to locate the suspects. |

Bike Officers were patrolling the downtown area when one of them observed a vehicle in the parking lot of a store containing an agitated male. Upon making contact, the officer determined that the subject was in possession of suspected illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia. The items were recovered and the subject was arrested. |

The victim became involved in a road rage with the suspect. The suspect allegedly made a motion from a distance as if he was pointing a gun at the victim, who believed that there was a gun present. The suspect vehicle could not be located. The victim advised officers at the scene that he did not want to pursue charges and only wanted the police to be aware of the incident. A case report was completed to document the incident and investigation. |

The 44 year-old suspect arrived at the location and surprised his ex-girlfriend and her male friend. The suspect, armed with a small pistol, pistol-whipped the male friend on the head causing head injuries. During the assault the gun discharged but did not hit the victim. The suspect fled the scene in his vehicle and was located by a Bellevue Sergeant who pursued the vehicle westbound on Hwy 520. The suspect stopped at Montlake Blvd and was taken into custody with the assistance of Washington State Patrol and Seattle Police units. Detectives responded to the scene. |

The victim was walking south over the 520 overpass on 148th Ave NE. She observed male suspect running towards her direction. The male stopped in front of the victim reached out and pulled off a silver chain from around the victim’s neck. The male was last seen by the victim running north on 148th Ave NE. A K-9 track was initiated, but the suspect was not located. Detectives investigating. |

Victim called 911 reporting she was assaulted by her boyfriend. Officers responded and contacted the victim. The male spoke to Officers from his balcony but refused to come out after initial negotiations. Detectives were called out to the scene. Members of the crisis response team responded and talked the suspect into coming out. Suspect was arrested without incident and booked into jail. |
