NARRATIVE
Suspect vehicle was seen by witness slowly creeping in the neighborhood stopping at several houses. Witness followed vehicle, obtained a vehicle license, and driver description. Officers arrived in the area and noticed a garage door open. Officers contacted the homeowners and discovered that one of their vehicles had been prowled and the other stolen from the garage. King County Sheriff later recovered the stolen vehicle. |

NARRATIVE
Officers responded to a complaint of a male and female yelling at other. When they arrived, the disturbance had stopped and could not be located. At 03:43, Officers responded to the same location again for another disturbance. Officer heard a disturbance in an apartment and attempted to make contact. The Male subject fled from officers, hid in a back bedroom closet and refused to respond to officer commands. It was later determined that an active no contact Order existed between the two parties and that the male had assaulted the victim. Additional officers and K9 arrived. The suspect was informed that he was under arrest and given repeated warning to surrender and comply with officer commands. The suspect refused to answer and comply with lawful orders. K9 Ozzy located and apprehended the suspect. Suspect and victim were taken to the hospital for treatment. Suspect was later booked into jail |

Suspects handed the 88-year-old victim his cell phone and told him he had dropped it. Victim had no idea he had lost it and thanked them. Moments later he realized his car keys were missing. Store manager saw the suspect talking to the victim and suspected they might have something to do with it. Manager and victim went downstairs to the parking garage to locate the victim’s car. Instead they witnessed the two suspects driving the victim’s car out the parking garage. Vehicle was later located in Seattle. |

The suspects stole numerous items from a store. When the alarm went off an employee confronted them and was punched in the face by one of the suspects. All three suspects ran. They were later located in a vehicle fleeing the parking garage. Officers stopped the vehicle and arrested all suspects for organized retail theft and Strong Arm Robbery. |

Officers were dealing with a trespass when they were notified of a theft suspect who was just leaving the front door. Ofc. attempted to stop the suspect and a short foot pursuit ensued. The pursuit ended a few yards later after the suspect tripped and fell. The suspect was later booked into jail for theft and outstanding warrant. |

While Officer was processing his theft suspect from the previous call, he and loss prevention observed another suspect cutting security tags off product and concealing the items. He requested additional officers and K9 Officer to contact that suspect. As responding officers entered the store, the suspect ran out an emergency exit. Officer later located the suspect taking a breather on a nearby sidewalk and with the assistance of other officers took him into custody. A search incident to arrest revealed stolen property and several knives secreted on his person. The suspect was later booked into jail for theft and obstructing. |

Subject driving too fast for conditions failed to negotiate a curve ran off the roadway, struck a tree and rolling 50 feet down a steep embankment. Officer responded to the registered owner’s home 2 blocks away and made entry to conduct a welfare check because blood was located at the scene. Upon entry, they discovered the driver complaining of abdominal and chest pain and he was transported to the hospital as a precaution. |

Security reported suspicious male subject attempting to gain access to 5 different vehicles in the parking lot. Officer located the suspect vehicle and noted one of the female occupants look unconscious. She conducted a traffic stop, and immediately observed the ignition was punched and was being started with a screwdriver. All subjects were detained for investigation of possession stolen motor vehicle. A check of the VIN revealed it was a stolen vehicle out of Puyallup. The vehicle was seized pending a search warrant. Suspects were booked into jail. |
