Officers responded to the PSE building in regards to approx. 30 people protesting inside the business building. Several officers arrived and made contact with the group. After singing a few additional songs, the group left the building and slowly walked off of PSE property. The group had signs, instruments and a large tube which resembled an oil pipeline. The group dispersed and was not heard from again. |

Over the weekend, the subject was the source of numerous calls for service in the downtown area. The subject was involuntarily committed on Saturday. On Sunday, the subject was released from the hospital and continued his lewd behavior. Officer responded and observed the subject committing the lewd act. The subject was arrested for the BCC (Lewd Act) and transported to the hospital after complaining of chest pain. Today, the subject was released from the hospital and transported to jail. |

Ofc. was enroute to take a stolen vehicle report when he observed the stolen vehicle traveling S/B on 108th ave NE at the 3900 blk. Officer initiated a traffic stop and waited for backup to arrive. The subjects were removed from the vehicle and detained. A shaved key was discovered in the vehicle ignition. Suspect arrested and later booked into jail. The passenger was released at the scene. |

Victim employee reported that her keys to her BMW X3 were stolen by 3 juveniles that were in the store and attempted to also steal cigarettes. He was arrested for DV Assault 4th booked into jail. |

While enroute to a call, Bellevue Fire reported a male dancing around a small fire in a Metro bus shelter. Officer contacted the suspect and extinguished the fire. Ofc. detained the suspect in handcuffs after she noticed that he had three large throwing knives on his hip. Suspect admitted to setting the fire because he was bored and fancied himself “a low end pyro”. Reckless burning case forwarded to the prosecutor. |

Suspects entered the pharmacy and tried to pass a counterfeit $100 bill. Suspect then fled on foot. A call then came out in the area of 99 AVE NE and NE 1 ST involving the same suspects attempting to enter residences. The male suspect was then found in a house under construction by a worker. A perimeter was established and a King County Sheriff K9 responded. The location was clear and the suspect had fled. The suspect’s ID is unknown at this time. |
