 NARRATIVE

Officers responded to the PSE building in regards to approx. 30 people protesting inside the business building.  Several officers arrived and made contact with the group.  After singing a few additional songs, the group left the building and slowly walked off of PSE property.  The group had signs, instruments and a large tube which resembled an oil pipeline.  The group dispersed and was not heard from again.

Over the weekend, the subject was the source of numerous calls for service in the downtown area.  The subject was involuntarily committed on Saturday.  On Sunday, the subject was released from the hospital and continued his lewd behavior.  Officer responded and observed the subject committing the lewd act.  The subject was arrested for the BCC (Lewd Act) and transported to the hospital after complaining of chest pain.  Today, the subject was released from the hospital and transported to jail.

 NARRATIVE

Suspects attempted to sell the victim Marijuana.  When the Victim leaned into the vehicle, suspect ripped off a necklace from his neck, then fled at a high rate of speed.   The suspect vehicle fled the area.  No weapons seen or used in this incident.

 NARRATIVE

Ofc. was enroute to take a stolen vehicle report when he observed the stolen vehicle traveling S/B on 108th ave NE at the 3900 blk.  Officer initiated a traffic stop and waited for backup to arrive.   The subjects were removed from the vehicle and detained.  A shaved key was discovered in the vehicle ignition.  Suspect arrested and later booked into jail. The passenger was released at the scene.

 NARRATIVE

Victim employee reported that her keys to her BMW X3 were stolen by 3 juveniles that were in the store and attempted to also steal cigarettes.  RP was not aware that her keys were taken until about an hour later when she noticed her car was missing in the parking lot.  Ofc. is conducting the follow up investigation.

 NARRATIVE

Report of a deer on the roadway that was still alive.  Ofc. responded and determined that the animal had been hit by a car and needed to be put down.  Sgt. was contacted and arrived at the scene.  Traffic was stopped both ways so not in view of animal.  The deer was dispatched.

Suspect was caught stealing alcohol from the store. When LP attempted to stop him he put up a small struggle in an attempt to get away. He was arrested and booked into jail.

Female subject in an electric shopping cart tried on an earring at the jewelry counter, and then switched it with a similar looking, but not identical, fake earing. Employee confronted subject about the switch, and subject got verbally confrontational and left the store.

Officers were called for a highly intoxicated female subject who was initially found passed out in the parking lot, and then seemed very confused when contacted by officers. Officers determined subject was unable to care for herself and was a risk to her own safety.  Subject was involuntarily committed to the hospital due to level of intoxication and being unable to care for herself.

The subject was reported as a missing person by her parents. They have not have any verbal or in person contact with her since 7-17-17. Subject was entered as a missing person but not endangered.

Mall Security reported that a woman offered to sell a janitor black tar heroin and was acting strange.  Officers contacted the female subject inside the store. Subject had active trespass for the property, she arrested for trespass and booked into jail.

Three suspects entered the jewelry store. One used a sledge hammer to smash the glass case while two others are seen taking an undisclosed amount of jewelry from the case. Detectives following up.

Victim and Suspect got into a verbal argument when Suspect refused to give his apartment keys to Victim, who wanted him to move out. When Victim called 911, Suspect assaulted the victim.  Suspect booked into jail for DV Assault 4.

Suspect was passed out on someone’s porch. Bike Officers contacted her to see if she was okay. Suspect tried walking away but couldn’t walk. She was cleared by Medics and arrested on a warrant.

Callers reported that a male subject was walking down the street in only his underwear.  Officers arrived and contacted the gentleman who appeared confused and didn’t want to talk.  Aid was called to check on the subject.  Officer eventually learned that he had recently been involved in a physical disturbance with his wife at his nearby residence.  He was arrested for DV Assault 4th booked into jail.

Officers responded to a report of a sleeping male at the mini mart.  Male was passed out in the beauty bark.  He woke up and when asked provided a false name and birthday.  His true identity was discovered, along with an outstanding arrest warrant.  Subject arrested and booked into jail.

Suspect stole items from a store and was arrested. After his arrest it was discovered that the suspect had misdemeanor arrests warrants from Renton PD for malicious mischief 3rd degree (Bail: $2600) and Tukwila PD for theft 3rd degree (Bail: $3000).

Ofc. spotted the suspect exit the driver seat of a green 4DR mercury.  A records check revealed that the vehicle was stolen out of Tacoma.  Officers make contact and detained the suspect.   Suspect was booked into jail for possession of a stolen vehicle.

 NARRATIVE

While enroute to a call, Bellevue Fire reported a male dancing around a small fire in a Metro bus shelter.  Officer contacted the suspect and extinguished the fire.  Ofc. detained the suspect in handcuffs after she noticed that  he had three large throwing knives on his hip.  Suspect admitted to setting the fire because he was bored and fancied himself “a low end pyro”.   Reckless burning case forwarded to the prosecutor.

Officer arrested suspect for DUI and Hit/Run after she collided with multiple vehicles on Lakemont BLVD SE and left the scene.  She was suspected of being under the influence of both alcohol and prescription medications.  Officer obtained a search warrant for a blood draw.  Suspect was booked into jail.

Female suspect took victim’s phone and prevented him from calling 911, then broke his phone and threw it on the ground.  Suspect then broke out a window in the victim’s vehicle.  Suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

Ofc conducted a traffic stop on the suspect and arrested her for a Bellevue DWLS 3 Warrant.  Suspect booked into Jail.

 NARRATIVE

Suspects entered the pharmacy and tried to pass a counterfeit $100 bill.  Suspect then fled on foot.  A call then came out in the area of 99 AVE NE and NE 1 ST involving the same suspects attempting to enter residences.  The male suspect was then found in a house under construction by a worker.  A perimeter was established and a King County Sheriff K9 responded.  The location was clear and the suspect had fled.  The suspect’s ID is unknown at this time.

Ofc. stopped the suspect for a traffic violation.  Suspect was holding onto a Meth Pipe.  Ofc attempted to get the suspect to exit the vehicle.  He initially refused and tried to hide the pipe. Suspect was eventually arrested for Obstructing and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  Suspect booked into jail.
