Subjects involved in a disturbance/ possible DV. Both subject were trespassed however male suspect refused to comply with directions to leave the area and was arrested for trespass and. Female subject was found to have entered the bar with false ID (18 years old) and was issued a summons for MIP. While Officers were at the scene, another drunk patron pulled down and damaged a handicap sign while attempting demonstrating “pole dancing” skills to his friends. That subject was detained and summoned for Malicious mischief. Report forwarded to Liquor control board for possible over service complaint. |

NARRATIVE
At 0220 hours, Officers contacted a suspect after they observed him steal water from the grocery store. During the contact, the suspect denied any wrongdoing and refused to identify himself to officers. The suspect suddenly got up and attempted to leave. Both officers attempted to detain him for the theft and he resisted arrest and later escaped on his skateboard. A perimeter was established and Ofc. Bradley and K9 Ozzie located suspect’s skateboard however the suspect was not located. |

Bellevue officers assisted Kirkland P.D. with a traffic stop after it was determined that the driver of a vehicle had an outstanding warrant for 1st degree molestation of a child. He was taken into custody without incident and booked by KPD. There were no charges in Bellevue. |

Officer ran the vehicle’s license plate while driving down the road, and discovered that the registered owner had a Felony DV Assault 2 warrant out of Seattle with $75,075 bail. Officer stopped the vehicle, positively identified the Suspect, and arrested him on his warrant without incident. |

NARRATIVE
Suspect stole a vehicle from the dealership while two motorcycle Officers were in the parking lot dealing with an unrelated accident. They caught up with subject who was intermittently stopping and continuing as he headed north on 148th Ave NE and not yielding but not driving above the speed limit. This continued with Officers converging at the suspect’s location at 148th and Main where he was stopped for traffic. Officer deployed a spike strip in front of the stolen vehicle. Suspect then drove over it and then rammed the citizen vehicle in front. Officers unsuccessfully attempted to break windows of the vehicle since suspect refused to comply with orders to get out of vehicle. Suspect then backed into Officer’s parked motorcycle knocking it over. Suspect then proceeded north two blocks before stopping and giving up to Officers. Suspect was taken into custody without further incident. |

Two subjects became involved in a road rage altercation. The suspect walked aggressively towards the victim’s vehicle and was pepper sprayed by the victim who felt threatened. The suspect continued towards the victim and struck him several times, which caused a black eye. The suspect was arrested and booked for assault 4th degree. |

The suspect struck multiple vehicles while leaving a parking lot in the downtown area. He then failed to yield when an Officer initiated a traffic stop a few minutes later. Another Officer located the suspect vehicle, which was southbound on I-405 and conducted a traffic stop in Renton. The suspect was determined to be intoxicated and he was booked and transported to Bellevue Booking for processing. |

The suspect approached a mother & daughter at a store and attempted to get the 19 year old daughter’s phone number. During the contact, the suspect indicated that he was a law enforcement officer and he flashed a badge that was under his shirt. The victims left the area and later reported the incident at the Crossroads substation. Investigation is ongoing. |

Suspect intentionally rammed two vehicles at the Bentley Dealership damaging a Rolls Royce valued at $355,000 and a Bentley valued at $250,000. Total amount of damage was estimated to be $500,000. A witness called in to report seeing the suspect in his Honda Accord repeatedly ramming vehicles. Officers responded and detained the suspect without incident. The suspect was booked into jail. |
