Officer responded to investigate a domestic violence complaint between the suspect and his former girlfriend. When officers attempted to take suspect into custody he resisted arrest. A very brief struggle ensued and he was secured in handcuffs. Suspect later booked into jail. |

NARRATIVE
Officers responded to a disturbance complaint. Shortly after they arrived, they contacted two victims outside of the house that had been assaulted by the suspect. The suspect was taken into custody after a brief struggle. Once in the patrol car the suspect slipped her handcuffs over the TOP of her head and proceeded to kick the rear divider of the vehicle. Suspect was transported to the hospital for medical clearance and later booked into jail. |
