Subject had a Rental Truck that he had not paid for in two months. Budget located the vehicle at a storage facility today. Officers responded to assist Budget in getting the vehicle back safely. Subject and his dog were on scene. Subject has three storage lockers, a car and the Budget truck filled with belongings. Budget took the truck back and advised the subject he could come get his belongings at a later date. Subject was highly agitated but refused any help. |

Witness saw a suspect run from the car and get into a waiting car in the parking lot. Vehicle was reported stolen out of Renton. Structure was checked by Bellevue City Engineer and cleared. Vehicle was towed. |
