Subject was contacted after he attempted to shoplift.  Subject was taken into custody for several Bellevue misdemeanor warrants and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

There was probable cause to arrest the suspect for theft 3rd degree. During routine patrol, an Officer saw the vehicle associated with the suspect and conducted a traffic stop.  The driver was identified and was subsequently arrested on the probable cause established by the original Officer’s investigation.  The suspect also had an outstanding misdemeanor arrest warrant from the Marysville Police Department for possession of drug paraphernalia (bail: $500) and was booked into jail.

Subject refused to leave the location after being asked several times.  Subject arrested for Trespass 1st degree and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

Officers responded to a shots fired call.  When officers arrived in the area, two suspects were located in a stolen vehicle.  Officers attempted a traffic stop.  The vehicle fled failing to yield to officers and officers discontinued the pursuit.  Officers later located the vehicle and detained one suspect who told officers that the second suspect fled on foot.  A K-9 track was started but the second suspect was not located.

While at the downtown library the victim removed her watch and placed into a bag.  The victim left her items unattended for a short time and when she returned her watch was gone.

Vehicle was seen driving through the lot possibly looking into the back of trucks parked in the contractor area.  Officer Checked the area and could not locate the vehicle.  No thefts reported.

Three victims were assaulted by a group of males in the park. Victims reported the suspect shot a gun into the air however there were no other calls regarding this.  No suspects were located.

Subject was contacted in a stolen 2011 Toyota Corolla bearing parked at the 2600 block of 170th Ave SE. Several units arrived to the area and apprehended the subject without incident. The subject was transported to jail.

Officer was at the Homeless Shelter dropping another subject off when he observed the Suspect in a disturbance with staff.  Officer detained the suspect without incident.  Staff stated they were uninjured and didn’t wish to pursue any charges.  Case report was taken for documentation.

Victim teaches drum lessons.  Suspect was an attendee.  Suspect appeared to be acting irrationally and under the influence of possible narcotics.  Suspect was asked to leave and refused.  Suspect was arrested for Trespass 1 and booked into jail.

Suspect was driving and collided with a minivan in the middle of the intersection. Suspect and his passenger exited the vehicle and ran. No injuries to other involved parties. Suspect later came to City Hall to admit to fleeing the scene.

Bike Officers were at the store on an unrelated trespass complaint when they on viewed the suspect conceal and then leave the store without paying for $532 worth of alcohol.  The subject was detained.  The alcohol was recovered and the subject was summoned for theft.

 NARRATIVE

Officer was on routine bicycle patrol downtown when he was contacted by a victim that stated his wallet was missing and that he just got a text from his bank stating someone was using his credit card at the nearby store. The Officer responded to the store and was able to locate the suspect after talking to the manager and learning that the subject was trying to buy numerous gift cards.  The subject was detained and the victim’s credit card was recovered.  The subject was booked into jail for two outstanding warrants.  Other charges forthcoming.

 NARRATIVE

Car Rental location called reporting that a vehicle had three bullet holes in the rear passenger side quarter panel. The person renting the vehicle stated he was driving around Tacoma when he heard what sounded like gun shots. The renter later checked the vehicle and discovered the holes. No injuries.

 NARRATIVE

Residents objecting to a vehicle parking on the lawn confronted the vehicle owner and her children. An altercation ensued resulting in punches being thrown and a handgun possibly being displayed. There were minor injuries from the fist fight. Charges sent to the prosecutor for review.
