Subjects were contacted during a traffic stop. Investigation revealed male subject in possession of drug paraphernalia, suspected heroin, and suspected methamphetamine. Investigation ongoing.

Subject was causing a disturbance at the pharmacy after he was denied pain meds and was asked to leave.  Subject left and went to a nearby hotel where he laid down on the floor and began causing a second disturbance.  Subject was asked to leave several times but refused.  Subject was then taken into custody for trespass.

Subject was drunk and suffers from mental health issues.  Metro supervisor refused to allow subject on the bus due to his behavior.  Metro supervisor also said a driver saw the male expose himself.

 NARRATIVE

Officers responded to a shoplift. The suspects fled the scene prior to police arrival. The subsequent investigation revealed that one suspect distracted employees while another suspect grabbed purses and ran out of the door.  Suspects were not located.

 NARRATIVE

Caller at the home contacted 9-1-1 to report a burglary in progress. The caller locked himself inside a bathroom and advised he was “very sacred” due to some unknown person breaking down a door in the house. Officers arrived and observed a male inside a bedroom holding a metal rod smashing through a bedroom door. The male was ordered to drop the metal rod. The male declined to comply with the officer’s order. Officers forced entry into the house and used a taser to subdue the male. The male was later identified as a roommate of the caller who had unexpectedly returned early to the residence after consuming a whole fifth of whisky and two-thirds of a two litter bottle of Vodka. The male could not initially recall who he was, where he was, or what day of the week it was. The male was transported to the hospital due to his condition.

While at the medical clinic for a dental appointment the suspect jumped the counter to the pharmacy and was caught by an employee.  Subject was contacted and taken into custody for trespass and theft.

Subject was in front of a store screaming and yelling.  When contacted it was determined he had outstanding warrants.  Subject taken into custody and booked into jail.

The suspect was contacted by officers after he refused to exit a bathroom.  After numerous orders to leave the property, the suspect was arrested for Trespassing and transported to jail.

 NARRATIVE

Subject was contacted by bicycle officers.  Officers did a records check and learned that the subject had a warrant out for his arrest.  The subject was contacted and arrested.  The subject had in his possession suspected black tar heroin.  Subject was booked into jail on the warrant, charges for the heroin forthcoming after lab results come back.

 NARRATIVE

Bicycle officer observed as the subject was acting suspiciously near the store.  It appeared, based on the fact that the coat she was wearing still had tags on it, that the individual had stolen the jacket.  Bike Officers verified with store security that the subject did not wear the jacket upon entering the store and did not pay for the jacket.  The subject was detained and a records check revealed that she had outstanding warrants for her arrest.  She was arrested and booked into jail for her two warrants.

Subject and his girlfriend were contacted by bicycle Officers for camping in their vehicle in the park.  A records check revealed that the male subject had an outstanding theft warrant out for his arrest.  He was arrested and booked into jail.

Subject was observed by hotel staff taking off his clothing and attempting to fight patrons at the hotel. Police contacted subject and discovered the subject had two misdemeanor warrants for his arrest. Subject was arrested and transported to jail for booking.

 NARRATIVE

Subject entered the store and stole multiple bottles of liquor. A second suspect was driving the getaway vehicle. The store manager followed the suspects in his vehicle. Officers made contact with the suspects, who were arrested. The alcohol was recovered from the suspect vehicle.

 NARRATIVE

Subject went into the store and requested to try on 2 coats.  He grabbed the coats and ran out of the store to the parking lot across the street.  While running out, he pushed a sales associate and she fell into an opened drawer and sustained an arm injury. K-9 was unable to locate the suspect. Case was forwarded to Detectives.

 NARRATIVE
Caller reported approximately 10 vehicles and 100 juveniles on the top level of the park and ride driving recklessly.  When police arrived there were over 100 vehicles and approximately 200-300 people. The vehicles were part of a Facebook Invite for car enthusiasts were escorted out of the Park and Ride without incident.

 NARRATIVE

RP called to report that a male kept getting in and out of a car parked in front of her house.  When the male saw that the female had spotted him he moved the car a few blocks away.  As officers arrived they located the suspect walking.  Officers also located the car in question and two additional individuals were inside the vehicle that had burglary tools and drug paraphernalia in it.  All three subjects were arrested and the car was towed to the station for a search warrant.

The victim stated that the suspect contacted him via facebook messenger and asked to be picked up.  The suspect pulled a knife on the victim and told him to drive to a location in Everett, where suspect drove off with the victim’s vehicle.  The car was entered as stolen.  The victim was returned to his residence by officers.

Suspect was involved in a disturbance with her mother. Suspect assaulted the victim and prevented her from calling 911. Suspect left on foot prior to police arrival. Suspect was contacted at NE 8th St and 148th Ave NE. Suspect resisted arrest and was detained. Suspect booked into jail.

Two subjects were parked in a vehicle at the funeral home, both passed out. Officers contacted suspects and found suspected drugs and paraphernalia in the vehicle. Suspects were woken up and arrested.

 NARRATIVE

Several callers from homes alone Hazelwood Lane SE called to report a female screaming and running from their backyards to the old train tracks.  When Officer arrived the found the intoxicated female near a vehicle.  The car had flat tires as if it had driven over the exposed train tracks and the wheels were buried in the gravel.  The female was intoxicated and uncooperative.  She fell down and was subsequently transported to the hospital by the fire department due to her level of intoxication.

 NARRATIVE

Caller reported that she was at a store with her boyfriend, when he began waving his gun around. Police contacted the female walking nearby.  The boyfriend was contacted and he denied pulling his weapon or threatening anyone.  Case taken for documentation.

The suspect called 911 several times due to his paranoia and his belief that he was being followed. The suspect then jumped the front counter at the hotel and was arrested and booked into jail.
