 NARRATIVE

Victim was walking down SE 36th towards Factoria when two suspects approached him on foot. One of the suspects assaulted the victim with a knife, and the other male punched the victim. The suspects fled on foot.  Victim walked to a nearby store and had an employee call 911. K9 tracked, but unable to locate.  Injury does not appear life-threatening. Detective Sergeant notified.

 NARRATIVE

Victim was driving in the area of 148th Ave NE and NE 24th when another vehicle started honking at him for unknown reasons. Victim pulled into a nearby gas station, followed by the suspect. Suspect exited his vehicle and shouted a racial slur. Suspect eventually left the parking lot.

Subject tried renting a gun at the range but was quickly denied when he started making comments about obtaining guns and black powder “under the table.” He also mentioned that he was “dead already.” Subject was contacted and cooperated with officers. Subject was offered mental health services.

 NARRATIVE

Suspect entered the car dealership stating he was a CEO and had been dropped off by his driver. Employee drove suspect around the block in a 2018 BMW valued at $89,000. Suspect grabbed the car keys off of the employee’s desk and took off in the vehicle. The vehicle was later recovered in Everett.

The suspect attempted to conceal an electronic speaker and a tube of cookie dough in his pants before exiting the store.  He was contacted by loss prevention at the door.  He used force to retain his stolen items and get away from the agent.  He was arrested in his getaway car by responding officers and booked into jail.

Suspect assaulted his cab driver. Suspect arrested and booked into jail for assault 4.

 NARRATIVE

Officers were dispatched to a burglary in progress to the leasing office of a downtown apartment complex.  The suspect was seen fleeing the business by an employee.  The suspect description was broadcast and nearby Officers located a subject matching the suspect description walking towards them. The suspect attempted to run away.  The suspect was caught and arrested. The suspect had a felony arrest warrant from KCSO for residential burglary (bail: $20,000).  He was also positively identified as the burglary suspect at the apartment complex.  A search of the suspect’s backpack recovered items taken in the burglary.  Additionally, items were recovered from several car prowls.  The suspect was booked into jail for burglary 2nd degree, possession of stolen property 2nd degree, theft 3rd degree, possession of burglary tools, and obstructing police.

Officer contacted suspect sitting in her running van behind a store. Suspect had a warrant out of Ellensburg PD. She was booked into jail.

Suspect was stopped by Officers. Subject had a suspended license and had a Theft warrant out of Seattle. Suspect arrested and transported to jail.

 NARRATIVE

Suspect was involved in a collision at above location. Suspect drove away without exchanging info. Victim followed suspect vehicle to 148th and Bel Red Road where Officers caught up to them. Officers attempted to stop the suspect vehicle however it failed to yield. Vehicle was later found abandoned with a tire missing at 120th and NE 8th. Suspect was later located and admitted to the hit and run. Suspect arrested and booked into jail.

Two suspects stole items from a store and were caught by Loss Prevention. After a short struggle, loss prevention officers were able to get the suspects detained before police arrived. The first suspect was booked on an Everett Warrant and the second was booked on theft charges.

Police responded to an active fire scene. Shortly thereafter, fire personnel on scene advised there was an deceased person inside the affected condo. Detectives responded. The investigation is ongoing. Foul play not suspected.

Adult victim was at the bus stop in front of crossroads mall when the three males assaulted him and took the victim’s wallet.  Suspect fled on foot towards Crossroads mall. Victim suffered non-life threatening injuries. A K-9 track did not locate the suspects.

The victim would not let the suspect merge over at which point the male driver pointed a gun at him.  The victim stopped and the suspect continued northbound on 156th Ave Ne.  Investigation ongoing.

 NARRATIVE

Passerby reported a homeless male swinging a knife around on the sidewalk underneath I-90.  Officers responded and contacted the subject who did not have knife out at time.

Follow up revealed that subject was chopping blackberry bushes. Subject was given a warning, advised to leave the brush cutting to the city and released.

 NARRATIVE

Suspect violated a DV Protection Order and a DV No Contact Order by contacting his elderly parents (protected parties) and their home. The subject broke an exterior window and made threats. The subject left the scene prior to the officers’ arrival. Suspect was later located on foot downtown. The ran however he was apprehended and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

Officer Jones pulled over a vehicle with no plates.  Rear passengers were contacted for not wearing seatbelts, and both gave fake names and were detained. Both subjects ended up having felony warrants, and suspected narcotics were located on both subjects.

A witness observed the suspect assault the victim. The witness intervened and called 911. Suspect left before police arrived. Suspect was located by Officers at the transit station and a foot chase ensued. Suspect was detained in a nearby parking lot and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

Victim was walking when she observed the suspect with his pants down masturbating. Suspect was contacted by Officers and arrested. Suspect stated he was an angel and could escape from the handcuffs.
