Suspect struck the victim’s vehicle with his vehicle in the parking lot. Victim exited his vehicle to exchange info and suspect allegedly pointed a pistol at him. Victim called 911. Officers arrived on scene and the suspect refused to exit the vehicle. Officers physically removed the suspect from the vehicle. The suspect struck one officer causing minor injuries to the officer’s face. Suspect continued to fight and was tasered. Suspect was taken into custody and later booked into jail. The pistol was recovered from the vehicle and the vehicle was impounded for a search warrant. |
