 NARRATIVE

Officer located a stolen vehicle driving on Factoria Blvd SE.   A high risk vehicle stop was conducted in the parking lot of Factoria square mall.  The driver was arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle.  The front seat passenger was arrested for a felony warrant for possession of a stolen vehicle and ID theft 2nd Degree.

Over the weekend unknown suspects broke into the tool supply room at the apartment complex.  Numerous hand tools were taken.

Suspect got a receipt from the trash can outside the store and proceeded to select the items on the receipt off the shelf. He then went to Customer Service and attempted returned the items. Suspect was contacted by police and booked into jail.

Suspect and the victim (suspect’s father) were in an argument over a phone. Suspect assaulted the victim. Suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

Subject concerned about her daughter who lives in Kenya who was scheduled to visit her in Bellevue. The daughter boarded the plane in Nairobi, but the connecting flight was changed to fly into San Francisco instead of SeaTac. The caller is concerned because of the flight change and that she has not heard from her daughter. The RP wanted to have her daughter listed as a missing person. No reason to believe the subject is endangered. Report was taken as a courtesy.

Suspect knocked on victim’s door and started yelling at her. Victim believed the suspect confused her with another resident who lives at the apartment. As the victim started to close the door the suspect sprayed her with pepper spray. Suspect then ran off. Suspect was contacted and interviewed.

 NARRATIVE

The elderly driver lost control of her vehicle on the elevated driveway above the Goose Pub.  She drove over a guard rail and through a retaining wall, finally stopping while on top of the roof of the Goose Pub.  The lower businesses were evacuated and Fire responded.  The driver was not injured and was transported to the hospital for evaluation.

A truck crashed into a brick wall with the driver passed out behind the wheel.  During the collision investigation, drug paraphernalia was found.  The driver was arrested and a search of his truck revealed suspected narcotics.

Suspect was seen putting a black semi-automatic handgun in his waistband. The suspects then entered into Fred Meyer and Redmond PD and BPD responded.  Five suspects were detained.  A black bb gun was recovered.   Suspects all had suspected stolen property.

 NARRATIVE

Two suspects stole several food items and tried to leave the store through the stairwell that leads into the parking garage.  Loss prevention stopped the subjects and one suspect began making threats to him.  A scuffle ensued and several bags of chips and jars of salsa were damaged during the fracas. One suspect was released to his father and the second was booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

A resident in a neighboring complex saw a disturbance between the couple and called 911.  Witnesses saw the suspect assault the victim.  Officers made contact at the unit.  The female victim was uncooperative.  Case report was taken for documentation.
