This Saturday, from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m., the Bellevue Police Department will host its’ annual Child Safety Fair at the Marketplace at Factoria. Bellevue Police Officers and volunteers will be on hand to give out free bike helmets while supplies last, provide free child ID kids courtesy of “Operation Child Safe, and provide visitors an opportunity to have a photo taken on a Bellevue police motorcycle.
There will be several police vehicles on display, including the department’s new crisis response team van, which was recently purchased thanks to funds provided by the Bellevue Police Foundation, the Bellevue Police bomb squad vehicle and robot, and the SWAT team’s armored vehicle.
The Marketplace at Factoria is located at 4055 Factoria Square Mall SE in Bellevue.
