 NARRATIVE

Officers responded to multiple forced entry burglaries at businesses in the area. All of the incidents were delayed reports that had actually occurred overnight.  Evidence was obtained from the various scenes during the investigations.

Officers responded to the report of a wanted subject at the Bellevue District Court.  He was taken into custody without incident and turned over to Bothell P.D.

 NARRATIVE

Two juvenile suspects entered Tyee Middle School over the weekend. Detectives assisted with locating, arresting, and interviewing both suspects.

 NARRATIVE

Officers responded to an unwanted subject call at the location.  Upon arrival, officers located the female subject.  Officers detained the female and it was discovered she had a $50,000 Burglary warrant out of KCSO.  The female was arrested and transported to jail.

 NARRATIVE

Officers responded for a report of a theft of a gold chain.  Responding officers learned the suspect had taken a gold chain valued at $8,000 and fled the store.  An area check was conducted and the suspect was located.  Officers took the suspect into custody without incident.  The suspect was booked into jail for Theft 1.

An officer was on routine patrol in the area and observed a subject he knew as having a warrant.  The subject was contacted and arrested for the outstanding misdemeanor warrant out of Redmond.

While conducting the above warrant investigation, the same officer saw another subject he knew to have warrants.  That subject was also contacted and arrested for her outstanding misdemeanor warrant out of Bellevue.

Bellevue Officers assisted DOC in the arrest of the suspect. A subsequent BPD investigation yielded charges for felony harassment.

 NARRATIVE

Officers responded to calls about a group of 15-20 protesters who were causing a disturbance.  The protesters were on the sidewalk, holding signs and protesting the separation of families at borders.  The group dispersed at about 1800hrs.

 NARRATIVE

Victims were walking home at hours when an unknown male demanded their wallets and phones at gunpoint. Suspect took their phones and walked away in the opposite direction.  A K-9 Track was started but no suspect was located.

 NARRATIVE

A suspect was confronted by a resident in a secured parking facility below an apartment complex. The suspect was observed trying different car door handles and taking items from a storage cabinet inside the garage. The suspect fled on a bicycle and was later located by Officer Lange and K-9 Ghost. Suspect was taken into custody and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect entered the store, made a purchase and when the till was open the suspect pulled a gun and demanded the money.  The store refused to comply.  The suspect then left the store.  A K-9 track was started however no suspect was located.  Detectives investigating.

 NARRATIVE

Officers spotted a vehicle parked behind a restaurant and made contact with the driver.  A security guard arrived and advised that the car was seen on surveillance video of a burglary at nearby business. The driver was detained for investigation of the burglary.  The car was impounded to the station for a warrant. Detectives are assisting with the investigation.

 NARRATIVE

Suspect and victim were engaged in an argument.  The victim entered the backyard of the residence, the suspect followed after the victim and kicked down a portion of the fence to access the backyard causing damage.  The homeowner wished to be a victim of Malicious Mischief.  The suspect was not located.

 NARRATIVE

Dispatch reported a hit and run with a yellow box truck as the suspect vehicle.  A records check indicated that the license plate on the box truck was stolen.  Officers located the box truck and conducted a high risk stop in the 14700 block of NE 24th St.  Two subjects were detained without incident.  The investigation determined that the truck was not stolen and that the occupants had permission to possess it.  Both subjects debriefed and released from the scene.  The license plate was booked into evidence.  Hit and run charges on the driver were forwarded to the prosecutor.

 NARRATIVE

Suspect stole numerous items and when contacted by loss prevention he initially complied and gave back the loss and walked into the store with them.  Once inside the store the suspect attempted to leave and security tried to stop the suspect.  The suspect then pulled out a bottle of pepper spray and sprayed the security guards. Security was able to hold the suspect down until officers arrived on scene. The suspect was booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

Husband and wife got into a verbal argument about her keeping him awake.  During the argument, the subject assaulted his wife and took away her phone as she tried to call 911.  Subject was arrested and transported to jail.

 NARRATIVE

Suspect was stopped for a traffic violation and gave false information. Suspect was arrested for possession of suspected heroin and driving while suspended. Passenger had a felony warrant and was arrested. Vehicle had possible stolen tools in the back and was towed.

Officers responded to several 911 calls regarding a man following females, exercising in the street, and yelling at cars. Subject was taken into custody and transported to the hospital for a mental evaluation.

18-36228

 NARRATIVE

While on routine patrol, bike Officers located a confirmed stolen vehicle in a parking lot. The driver and passenger exited the vehicle and were detained without incident.  A search of the vehicle located shaved keys, suspected drugs, and payment cards issued to another person.  The vehicle had been started with a house key forced into the ignition.  Both suspects were arrested and booked into jail on numerous charges.

 NARRATIVE

Officers responded to assist fire with a possible overdose in the bathroom of a store.  While the fire dept worked on the suspect, officers were able to identify him and learned he had a warrant for Assault.  The suspect was transported to the hospital and ultimately cleared for booking and was booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

Suspect pushed his mother down at the DOL office while waiting to renew his id card. Later that night, Duvall PD got called to house for a verbal domestic disturbance between same involved parties and Officers learned that mother had a broken wrist from the assault in Bellevue.  Suspect was arrested for assault and booked.

Officer responded to a disturbance and contacted the suspect, who was in violation of a current trespass warning and had several warrants out for his arrest. He was arrested and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect saw the victim riding a bicycle he believed to be his stolen bicycle. The suspect followed the victim and took the bicycle while the victim was in a Subway store. The suspect confronted the victim with a small hatchet and threatened to cut his head off for stealing the bike. The victim denied stealing the bike, claiming he bought it on a website. The suspect was arrested for armed robbery and booked.

Wife got intoxicated and threw a full beer can at her husband.  Beer can hit husband in the back of the head causing injury.  Subject arrested and booked into jail.
