Officer stopped a vehicle with a non-working brake light. Upon contact he discovered that the driver had a suspended license. The Officer found out that the passenger had a $2500 misdemeanor warrant out of Snohomish County. The passenger was arrested and custody was transferred to Snohomish County. |

The subject called 911 and advised dispatch that he had just shot someone at a downtown Bellevue Starbucks. There was actually not any incident at the Starbucks, and it was determined that the subject was suffering from a mental health issue. A mobile crisis team responded and took over the contact with the subject. |
