NARRATIVE
Suspect was observed by the homeowner attempting to make entry into the house via the front door. The subject walked to the rear of the residence and shattered a back glass sliding door and entered the home. The homeowner confronted the subject inside the house. The subject fled from the residence and was stopped in a vehicle by responding officers. The homeowner positively identified the subject as the person who broke into the residence. The subject was arrested for residential burglary, possession of stolen property, burglary tools, vehicle theft tools, was transported and booked into jail. |

NARRATIVE
Officers responded to a disturbance in the parking lot between a male in a brown Chevy Pickup that was later found to be a stolen vehicle and a female who was driving her GMC Safari Van. It was then reported that the male had a handgun and pointed it at the female. Witnesses stated that the male shot the gun into the bushes during the altercation. The female then went back to her van and intentionally rammed it into the Stolen Vehicle the male was sitting in. The man then jumped out and ran away, with the female chasing him in her car trying to run him over. The female then drove up and down 118 AVE SE looking for the male until she saw him exiting the parking lot in the stolen vehicle. Witnesses said that the female then drove intentionally at the male at full speed, ramming the stolen pickup, and then causing her van to swerve into the middle of 118 AVE SE and to crash into rocks, fly across 118 AVE SE and crash into the brush and trees. Officers arrived on scene and detained the female. The male fled in the stolen vehicle, but abandoned it just north of the complex. An Officer located the stolen vehicle abandoned. A Renton K-9 came to the scene and located the male suspect, who resisted arrest. Both suspects were transported to the hospital for treatment. Detectives responded to investigate. |
