Boyfriend and girlfriend got into an argument in a hotel lobby. At some point, witnesses observed the boyfriend assaulting the female. Hotel employees called 911.  Male was arrested for assault and booked.

Suspect was staying at winter shelter and assaulted another shelter guest causing minor injury. Suspect left on foot but was located and detained a few blocks away. The suspect was booked into jail for 4th degree assault .

Officer responded to a found property report at a hotel. With the initial investigation, Officer discovered a stolen pistol and 9.2 pounds of packaged Meth valued at over $32,000. Investigators later arrested two female subjects after follow-up investigation.

 NARRATIVE

Officers responded to an attempted suicide with a knife. The victim had cut an artery in her neck. Officers administered first aid until medics arrived. The victim was subsequently transported to the hospital where she immediately went into surgery. The officers were instrumental in saving the victim’s life.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect used a knife to cut the security cord and take a speaker. The suspect threatened the sales associate with a knife, causing him to fear for his safety.  The suspect fled in a vehicle. Officers following up.

An Officer on proactive patrol recognized a possible wanted suspect.  A records check confirmed the felony warrant and the suspect was arrested without incident.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect stole a jacket from a store then dropped it and fled from loss prevention.  Loss prevention followed the suspect to a nearby grocery store where Officers located him in a bathroom stall. The suspect exited and had blood coming from his wrist where he had just shot up heroin.  The suspect was taken into custody for the theft then lost consciousness due to his earlier injection of drugs.  Officers called for aid and the suspect was transported to the hospital for treatment.  Officers later discovered that the suspect had a felony warrant for possession of stolen property, and numerous other misdemeanor warrants.  The suspect was released from the hospital and booked into jail.

A driver was contacted on a traffic stop. The investigating Officer discovered that the suspect’s driving status was suspended. The suspect arrested and later released at the scene with a summons.

 NARRATIVE

Unknown suspect(s) smashed a glass door pane and reached inside the victim’s residence to unlock a door and make entry. The victim’s purse was taken from a kitchen table.  A K-9 was unable to locate the suspect.

A Bellevue Officer assisted the King County Sheriff’s Office while they served an eviction.  During the incident, the previous owner of the residence became involved in an altercation with the current owner. The previous owner claimed that he suffered an injury to his finger during the argument.  A case report was taken for documentation and there are no charges pending.

The suspect was caught stealing from the store. When confronted by security she struggled to get away and bit two security officers. The suspect was arrested and booked.

The suspects grabbed a bag containing a keyboard and apple Ipod from victim’s hands while the victim was standing on the sidewalk.  The suspect then fled on foot and was not located.

An unknown suspect prowled the victim’s vehicle and obtained a garage door opener.  The opener was then used to gain access to the garage and steal a bicycle.

 NARRATIVE

A caller reported overhearing 2 subjects discuss “robbing” two stores in Bellevue. The caller provided descriptions of the individuals.

Almost immediately after the above call was dispatched, Norcom dispatched a theft that had just occurred at an electronics store downtown. The two suspects that were described by the earlier caller stole 3 Apple watches. One subject took the watches while the other distracted store employees. A short time later responding Officers located one suspect, who was detained. The second suspect was located and arrested after attempting to shoplift at another store. Officers recovered was a loaded semi-automatic pistol that was later determined to have been stolen. Both suspects were booked into jail.

A resident was taking shirts out of a backpack when a holstered weapon fell from the t-shirts and discharged when it struck the ground.  The bullet traveled through the subject’s lower leg and into the ceiling where it stopped. The subject was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

 NARRATIVE

Patrol officers responded to a dynamic set of in progress crimes which took place at three different crime scenes.  It involved two suspects who were originally reported to have been prowling vehicles. When confronted by a security guard, one suspect came after the guard with a hammer. At the same time, a series of events took place including the suspects doing a hit and run (driving a stolen vehicle), then setting the vehicle on fire. Minutes later, a second 911 call came in reporting that one of the suspects committed an occupied burglary in an effort to steal the resident’s car. The victim was able to escape her apartment to a neighbor’s apartment to call police. Officer’s cleared the victim’s apartment which was empty. Minutes later, an Officer apprehended one suspect. A subsequent search resulted in Officers locating the second suspect after about an hour of tracking. Detectives were notified and responded.

 NARRATIVE

The victim received a phone call in October offering to install software on her computer for $700.  She recently received a phone call to remove the software and refund the money.  The victim provided access to her computer.  The suspects accessed bank information on the computer and end up stealing approximately $30,000 of the victim’s funds.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect ex-boyfriend arrived at victim ex-girlfriend’s home. The victim’s grandmother told the suspect to leave.  After being told to leave, the suspect went to the rear of the home and entered via an unsecured door.  The suspect grabbed the victim’s phone from her hand and left the scene.  The suspect was not located. The case will be forwarded to the prosecutor.

 NARRATIVE

Multiple shoplifters fled the area in a vehicle. A responding Officer located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop on Mercer Island.  All three suspect occupants were detained without incident.  Upon investigation, probable cause was developed that all three suspect occupants participated in the theft.  A search resulted in retrieval of the stolen property.  All three suspects were released from the scene of the stop and will be charged via Summons.

 NARRATIVE

An officer initiated a traffic stop on a Toyota minivan with stolen license plates. Officers detained five occupants in the vehicle. After interviews, 3 subjects were released, the driver was arrested for Possession of a stolen vehicle and one subject was arrested for a warrant. The vehicle was towed to the police station and the owner was notified.

 NARRATIVE

An irate driver followed the victim from I-90 to the Factoria area after a road rage incident. When the victim pulled over to call the police, the suspect stopped his vehicle, jumped out, and punched and kicked the victim vehicle several times causing dents and damage. No suspect leads or evidence at this time.

A motorist called in a possible DUI driver driving erratically.  Officers made contact and observed signs of driver being intoxicated.  The driver was arrested and a search warrant for blood was completed. The suspect was booked into jail for felony DUI due to prior DUI convictions.

 NARRATIVE

The victim reported receiving texts via Whatsapp messenger from an unknown suspect and unknown numbers claiming he was going to kill him for dating his “girl.”  The suspect continued to threaten victim and then texted a video of someone being decapitated.  The suspect also sent a picture of the victim’s wife and daughter, which he believed was from Facebook. The suspect demanded cash.  No money was provided and victim told the suspect he was calling police. The victim stated that he let a man borrow his cell phone for 5 minutes the day prior in Southcenter at the mall.  Case taken for documentation.
