NARRATIVE Suspect was stopped for a traffic infraction. Suspect was arrested for a Renton misdemeanor warrant and transferred to Renton PD’s custody. New charge of driving while suspended will be forwarded to Prosecutor. | |||

NARRATIVE The suspect ran a red light on 124th AVE NE and hit a sedan going eastbound on NE 8 ST, causing it to spin out with heavy damage. The driver of the suspect vehicle fled southbound and didn’t stop until the 12200 block of Main ST where the driver got out to assess his damage. A witnesses chased the suspect down and blocked him in at the location. The suspect was contacted and taken into custody for hit and run. | |||

NARRATIVE Officers responded to a report of a physical disturbance between a male and female. Officers arrived and detained the male who was attempting to walk away. The male suspect was arrested for assault and unlawful imprisonment. | |||

NARRATIVE A juvenile female was given permission to drive his father’s vehicle even though she did not have a driver’s license. She pulled out of her apartment complex and struck a vehicle driving down Bellevue Way. She pulled over and stated that she thought the other driver was supposed to slow down to let her out. She then left without exchanging information, drove down Bellevue Way at a high rate of speed, and crashed into a tree. The suspect was arrested for hit and run and booked. |

NARRATIVE The victim of a previously reported burglary was walking his dogs and noticed a subject near Viewpoint Nature Park with a bicycle that looked just like the one that was stolen from his garage. The suspect was contacted by an officer who was able to determine that it was indeed the stolen bike. The suspect was arrested and the recovered bicycle was returned to its owner. | |||

NARRATIVE The suspect was involved in an altercation with his ex-girlfriend after she asked him to leave her apartment. The suspect then assaulted the victim. The suspect fled the scene but was later contacted and detained by Renton P.D. Officers. The suspect was placed under arrest and booked into jail. | |||

NARRATIVE A group of juveniles confronted another group of juveniles in the area of Mod Pizza. The suspects kicked and punched one of the juveniles in an apparent effort to steal his coat and shoes. Officers responded and detained several subjects. The victim positively identified 2 subjects involved in the robbery. The subjects were arrested and transported to youth detention. | |||

NARRATIVE 6 to 7 males entered a restaurant. Two of the males took milkshakes that were sitting on the counter and ran towards the front doors. An employee attempted to stop them and was pushed and kicked. The suspects got into two separate vehicles and left prior to police arrival. | |||

NARRATIVE A victim called to report a phone scam that involved an unknown suspect alleging the victim mailed an “illegal package” to China. The suspect required the victim to wire money to avoid arrest by Chinese Police. The victim wired funds, before contacting the local police. The victim was advised to report the incident to the FBI internet crimes division. | |||

NARRATIVE Police responded to a report of a large juvenile party. Upon arrival, Officers determined that juveniles had broken into the empty residence listed for sale and caused thousands of dollars in damage. Officers on scene estimate approximately 40 juveniles in attendance. Multiple juveniles were arrested and parents were notified. Several juvenile suspects were released from the scene to parents. Charges pending. |

NARRATIVE Officers were called to the residence to the report of a disturbance and the suspect acting “crazy”. Probable cause was developed that the suspect assaulted his father. Patrol attempted to get the suspect to exit the residence. The suspect occupant of the residence refused to come out. After several hours, the suspect finally surrendered to SWAT without further incident. | |||
