Suspect had been removing security devices from electronics and was concealing them on his person.  Police arrived and the suspect took off running, dropping the stolen items.  The suspect was detained and found to have a Federal Way PD Warrant for Trespass, $2500 bail.  He was taken into custody.  Drug paraphernalia was located on his person.

Officer saw a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot. An individual associated with the vehicle had three warrants out for his arrest.  The suspect was detained for his warrants.

Unknown suspects kicked open the leasing office door and entered the laundry room. Suspects used a drill to try and open the vending machine areas. suspects were unsuccessful in opening the money area.

Suspect was suspected of shoplifting at the location.  Upon contact he identified himself as his brother, who had 4 warrants out for his arrest.  When he was notified of the warrants, the suspect stated he wasn’t his brother after all. His true identity was revealed and he was found to have an active trespass from the store.  Suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

Multiple witnesses and victims called NORCOM advising there were two subjects in the street attempting to stop vehicles. The subjects were pounding on vehicles telling the occupants to vacate their vehicles and implying they had a firearm. One victim fled their vehicle after being assaulted. He took his key fob with him rendering the vehicle useless. Both subjects entered the vehicle and rifled through the vehicle taking the victim’s cellphone. The victim returned to his vehicle a short time later and drove home to call the police. A K9 track was negative. The SET team is following up.

The victim and suspect had an argument over a set of keys and a $20 dollar bill. The suspect assaulted the victim then left the scene in a vehicle prior to police arrival. Charges were forwarded to the prosecutor for assault .

The suspect called his brother stating everything was fine. The brother found this odd because he heard his parents in the background saying things were not fine. Officer arrived and learned that the suspect broke his parents’ cellphones and scattered them on the front lawn. The suspect was arrested and booked.

The suspect was seen outside the winter shelter walking around the building. He had been previously trespassed for assaultive behavior. Officers located him and arrested him for Trespass.

Officers responded to the downtown area for a reported assault. One of the callers reported one of the subjects threatened him with a knife. That subject was part of a larger group of teens seen by witnesses running in the area of the transit center. SET team following up.

Subject attempted to steal a Burberry jacket valued at $1,254.  As he exited the store, Loss Prevention confronted the suspect and a struggle ensured. The suspect was detained by loss prevention, arrested and booked.

A juvenile was on school grounds in violation of a current trespass notice. The SRO escorted the subject off campus. The subject returned to campus and was inside the gym. The subject was then arrested. The subject’s mother was contacted and she came to the school and took custody of her son.

The suspect entered multiple laundry rooms at the apartments.  Once inside, the suspects forced open coin machines that are attached to the washers & dryers, causing a large dollar amount of property damage.  The suspects also removed an unknown amount of money from the machines.

At approximately 1039 hours, businesses began calling in reports of a threatening e-mail that had just been received.  The email read that there was a bomb present on each of the properties, and it would explode if a certain amount of money was not deposited into a specific Bitcoin account by the end of the day. A total of four incidents occurred within Bellevue and each of them was false.  It was later determined that the emails were sent to various businesses nationwide.  FBI was notified of the Bellevue incidents.

Officers responded to the apartments for a report of a domestic disturbance. Officers contacted the suspect as he was attempting to leave the apartment. The suspect had threatened his mother and father. The suspect was arrested and booked.

The suspect took unpaid merchandise and hid in an “employees only” area to avoid apprehension by loss prevention.  Once located, there was a struggle between the suspect and loss prevention resulting in minor injury to loss prevention.  Suspect was arrested for theft and assault and booked.

An adult son smashed a window to his mother’s home after being locked out of the house.  Officers located the suspect and placed him under arrest without incident.

Several citizens watching the Snowflake Lane festivities complained of a drunk female causing a disturbance. The subject was contacted by Security who summoned police. The subject was very intoxicated and Officers convinced her to accept a ride. Officers discovered the subject gave a false name, and she had a warrant under her true name. She was booked on the warrant.

The suspect stole items valued at $878.30.  The suspect was detained by Loss Prevention and arrested by a responding Officer.  The suspect was found to be in possession of suspected meth and heroin.

Officers responded 3 times to the location to deal with a resident with mental health issues knocking on neighbors’ doors, shining flashlights in their windows, playing music loudly, screaming, and walking around under the influence.  Each time officers attempted to contact the individual he would run inside and refused to speak with us.  Neighbors were advised to get an Anti-Harassment Order.  The calls ended around 2300hrs.

Officers contacted two individuals in a vehicle at Highland Park. One attempted to give a false identity however his true identity was discovered, along with a felony warrant for failing to register as a sex offender out of Coupeville, Snohomish County and King County with a total bail of $41,500. The suspect was arrested on the warrants.

Officers contacted a group for being in the park after hours, smoking and harassing passing pedestrians. One male from the group fled on foot after being told to stop. The male was detained after a foot chase through the park and was placed under arrest for being In the Park After Hours, Obstruction and False Statements as he provided a false identity.

A passerby reported a loud argument between a male and female in a parked vehicle and then saw the suspect exit the vehicle and walk away.  Dispatch advised responding officers the involved female had a protection order against a male. Officers arrived to contact male suspect, who was first aggressive and then ran on foot. Officers caught up to the suspect and arrested him. The suspect hit one officer in the face (no injury), where he refused to comply and continued to actively resist.  A taser was deployed and the suspect was arrested.  The suspect was booked into jail for Obstructing, Assault, and Resisting Arrest.

The suspect was intoxicated and went to pick up his wife, 2-month old, and two adult friends from a friend’s house in Mercer Island. On the way home, the intoxicated suspect drove off the road and hit a power pole, knocking out power in the immediate area (PSE notified).  No injuries to the Suspect, his wife, or child (child was properly secured in a car seat); other occupants in the vehicle were transported to the hospital for minor injuries. The suspect was arrested for DUI and Reckless Endangerment.

Largest crowd so far. Pushing, shoving, tension in crowd reported.  A male adult had a panic attack in the dense crowd.  An intoxicated, combative female was removed from crowd after falling down and bumping into people.  About 20 protestors demonstrating in support of veganism circulated through the crowds.  Officers working the event took extra time to flush out the crowd at the end of the show.

The victim initially reported that 7-8 males robbed him at gunpoint and knifepoint stealing jewelry and his wallet. Upon further investigation and video evidence, it was determined that the victim was eating at the above location with three other males when an argument broke out inside the restaurant between the four and they went outside to deal with it.  Once outside, two more males showed up and a fight ensued between 4 men and the victim.  The victim was assaulted.  It appears that all parties knew each other.  The victim later advised that his wallet and jewelry weren’t stolen and he didn’t wish to report them.  He only wanted an Assault report. Report taken.
