Suspect was suspected of shoplifting at the location. Upon contact he identified himself as his brother, who had 4 warrants out for his arrest. When he was notified of the warrants, the suspect stated he wasn’t his brother after all. His true identity was revealed and he was found to have an active trespass from the store. NARRATIVE
Multiple witnesses and victims called NORCOM advising there were two subjects in the street attempting to stop vehicles. The subjects were pounding on vehicles telling the occupants to vacate their vehicles and implying they had a firearm. One victim fled their vehicle after being assaulted. He took his key fob with him rendering the vehicle useless. Both subjects entered the vehicle and rifled through the vehicle taking the victim’s cellphone. The victim returned to his vehicle a short time later and drove home to call the police. A K9 track was negative. The SET team is following up. |

At approximately 1039 hours, businesses began calling in reports of a threatening e-mail that had just been received. The email read that there was a bomb present on each of the properties, and it would explode if a certain amount of money was not deposited into a specific Bitcoin account by the end of the day. A total of four incidents occurred within Bellevue and each of them was false. It was later determined that the emails were sent to various businesses nationwide. FBI was notified of the Bellevue incidents. |

Officers responded 3 times to the location to deal with a resident with mental health issues knocking on neighbors’ doors, shining flashlights in their windows, playing music loudly, screaming, and walking around under the influence. Each time officers attempted to contact the individual he would run inside and refused to speak with us. Neighbors were advised to get an Anti-Harassment Order. The calls ended around 2300hrs. |

A passerby reported a loud argument between a male and female in a parked vehicle and then saw the suspect exit the vehicle and walk away. Dispatch advised responding officers the involved female had a protection order against a male. Officers arrived to contact male suspect, who was first aggressive and then ran on foot. Officers caught up to the suspect and arrested him. The suspect hit one officer in the face (no injury), where he refused to comply and continued to actively resist. A taser was deployed and the suspect was arrested. The suspect was booked into jail for Obstructing, Assault, and Resisting Arrest. |

The suspect was intoxicated and went to pick up his wife, 2-month old, and two adult friends from a friend’s house in Mercer Island. On the way home, the intoxicated suspect drove off the road and hit a power pole, knocking out power in the immediate area (PSE notified). No injuries to the Suspect, his wife, or child (child was properly secured in a car seat); other occupants in the vehicle were transported to the hospital for minor injuries. The suspect was arrested for DUI and Reckless Endangerment. |

Officers working the event took extra time to flush out the crowd at the end of the show. |

The victim initially reported that 7-8 males robbed him at gunpoint and knifepoint stealing jewelry and his wallet. Upon further investigation and video evidence, it was determined that the victim was eating at the above location with three other males when an argument broke out inside the restaurant between the four and they went outside to deal with it. Once outside, two more males showed up and a fight ensued between 4 men and the victim. The victim was assaulted. It appears that all parties knew each other. The victim later advised that his wallet and jewelry weren’t stolen and he didn’t wish to report them. He only wanted an Assault report. Report taken. |
