NARRATIVE
Officers responded to the report of a female on a bus with a knife at the downtown Transit Center. Upon arrival, a female matching the description was detained in handcuffs by officers. During the subsequent investigation it was revealed that she was involved in a verbal altercation with a male on the bus. The male fled the area prior to police arrival. An area check of the Transit Center and surrounding area was negative, and he has not been identified. At this time it is not believed that a crime occurred, however a report was completed for documentation and follow-up investigation in still being conducted. |

A unknown subject contacted 9-1-1 to report he was in possession of a firearm given to him by his mother. The subject stated that he was not allowed to be in possession of a firearm. The subject left the area and advised he had left a black backpack in the parking lot of the location containing the firearm. A black backpack was recovered by a BPD unit and a Glock pistol, 3 magazines, 45 rounds of 9mm, and 15 rounds of .40cal were discovered in the backpack. The caller could not be positively identified or located. The property was placed into the BPD property/evidence room. |

An Officer was attempting to grab lunch at MOD Pizza when a couple who had just been assaulted contacted him. The victim pointed out the suspect to the Officer. The Officer attempted to stop the suspect and after short foot pursuit, called for a perimeter and a K9 response. K-9 Officer Tyr and his partner Officer Knudtsen located and arrested the suspect hiding in the bushes a short distance away. The investigating Officer determined that the suspect had an outstanding, confirmed warrant out Seattle for Assault. The suspect was arrested and booked. |

King County Sheriff detectives spotted a rolling stolen vehicle in Sammamish. As they followed the vehicle into the Redmond area, they notified Redmond PD to help with a stop. Just prior to making the stop, the driver of the suspect vehicle, spotted the marked units and accelerated at a high rate of speed, eventually crashing in Bellevue at the above listed location. The suspect lost control and crashed into four other vehicle. There were no major injuries to the suspect or victims. The suspect was arrested and booked. |
