Officers responded to the winter shelter for a report of a trespass in progress. The investigating Officer determined that the suspect was recently trespassed and had an outstanding warrant out of Seattle Municipal Court. The suspect was arrested and booked into jail for his warrant. Shelter staff declined to pursue charges for trespassing.

A homeless subject had been trespassed from Coal Creek Park and his camp was cleaned up in February.  The subject returned and was contacted and told he needed to move and was issued another trespass notice which provided a reasonable amount of time to vacate.  After the grace period, his camp was located a short distance from where he had previously been contacted.  The subject was taken into custody for trespassing and booked into jail.

A female called 911 reporting an assault in area of 110/NE 26 Pl.  Officers quickly arrived and the assault was unfounded, however a suspicious female was seen leaving the area quickly on foot.  She was contacted and found to have a felony warrant. She admitted to making the call to 911.  A few minutes later, officers contacted an associated vehicle in the area. The vehicle was stopped and the passenger was arrested for a warrant.

A male was contacted by KCSO deputies who were working a security detail.  The subject refused to leave and was eventually taken to the ground by the deputies.  Bellevue Officers responded to assist in identifying the suspect and transported him to jail.  No force was used by Bellevue Officers.  He was booked without further incident.

An officer was conducting a traffic stop when an unrelated pedestrian walked by and struck the stopped vehicle.  The officer also observed other signs that the subject was experiencing mental issues. Officers contacted the subject and determined that he met criteria for an involuntary commitment.  He was transported by ambulance to the hospital for an evaluation.

The suspect was allegedly driving his vehicle while intoxicated and struck his neighbor’s parked car.  He was then observed walking away from the scene.  The suspect was located at his residence and contacted by officers.  He was eventually placed under arrest and processed for DUI.

About 20-30 people from the group “Taegukgi” were at the library to protest a meeting where a South Korean congressman was going to be speaking. Protestors followed the Congressman down to the parking garage when he was leaving, causing a verbal disturbance. One protestor was shoved out of the way and fell to the ground. Officers were on scene for the incident but did not witness the shove.

 NARRATIVE

The victim was walking through the Crossroads Park near the skate bowl when he was confronted by two suspects.  A third suspect approached the victim from behing and grabbed the victim by the neck with one hand and was holding a knife in the other. The victim then fled to his residence and called 911 several hours later due to fear of retaliation from the suspects since he believed them to be gang members.  Investigation is ongoing.

The suspect stole items from a store then fled on foot.  He changed his clothes then returned to threaten the loss prevention officer.  Officers arrived in the area and the suspect fled on foot.  Officers located suspect a few blocks from the location and attempted to detain him.  The suspect became aggressive and two officers used force to take him into custody.  The suspect was found to have a felony warrant and a DUI warrant.  The suspect was arrested and booked.

Officers responded to a bar to investigate a disturbance. The subject of the disturbance left prior to officer arrival. Officers located the subject nearby. An investigation revealed the subject was in violation of a trespass notice. The suspect resisted arrest. Minor force was used to arrest the suspect. The suspect was booked into jail.

Officers responded to investigate a car prowl in progress.  A responding officer located a suspect running from the scene.  NARRATIVE

The suspect was stopped for a traffic violation, arrested for having a suspended license, and released pending a summons. The vehicle was impounded to the station pending investigation. The registered owner of the vehicle was contacted and confirmed the suspect had not been given permission to drive the vehicle. A search of the vehicle revealed suspected methamphetamine and a loaded semi-auto pistol. The suspect is a convicted felon, and the pistol was reported stolen. Additional charges are pending. The vehicle was released to the owner.
