Officers responded to a report of a subject that had gone into the men’s bathroom to shoot up heroin. In the process, he overdosed and fell in the bathroom. Police and fire responded. Officers discovered that the subject had a felony warrant. The subject was transported to the hospital for treatment and later transported to jail and booked. |

The suspect and victim, who are in dating relationship, were involved in an argument that turned physical. The suspect was gone when police arrived but talked to officers on phone and provided a fake name and date of birth. Officers discovered the real identity of suspect. Snohomish County Sheriff Deputies located the suspect near Everett and arrested him. The suspect was transferred to the custody of BPD Officers and booked into jail. |
