 NARRATIVE

The subject inadvertently discharged a round from a newly purchased pistol into a wall. The round penetrated the wall and was found inside the unit next door. The next-door neighbor was not injured. The subject was slightly injured. There is no evidence the subject intentionally discharged the firearm. The pistol was booked as evidence/safekeeping. Charges referred to the prosecutor for review.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect grabbed the arm of a female and twisted it.  He also pushed her down while the subjects were riding a Metro bus.  The assault occurred during a disagreement about whether a window should be open.  The suspect was booked into jail.

An unidentified caller advised dispatch that he had taken seven hostages and was demanding a ransom.  Officers contacted the residents and confirmed that they were safe.  It was determined that the victim’s email account was hacked the day prior and multiple accounts were accessed.  Chain of command was notified.

The subject was disrupting two businesses and local traffic before being detained.  Officers arrested the subject and a search uncovered suspected cocaine in the suspect’s possession.

The suspect was seen drinking in the parking lot and was asked to leave the property but refused. He ran when police arrived and asked him to stop. He was caught and taken to jail. No force was used.

The suspects approached the victim as she sat on a bench and grabbed her purse from around her arm. The suspects fled into a parking garage and were picked up in a green SUV. The victim was not injured.

The suspect was observed by loss prevention putting items in her bag and exiting the store. Security contacted her, recovered the stolen merchandise and then followed her until officers arrived. The suspect was booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

A subject had an active trespass and was spotted on the property.  Security contacted police.  Officers followed the suspect to a nearby business and found him to be in possession of stolen merchandise from the store.  He was arrested and booked into jail.

The suspects took a purse off a victim’s lap and fled.  The suspect’s car was located in Renton.  Renton PD gave chase and the suspect’s car crashed.   All the suspects fled, 4 were caught and booked into jail, possibly two are outstanding. Bellevue, Seattle and Renton detectives are all working together to files cases on the suspects.

The victim observed the subject in his car littering in the parking lot. The victim confronted the subject and was met with hostility.  The subject threw the garbage at and charged the victim. The victim pulled out pepper spray to defend himself and sprayed the subject.  The subject picked up a small rock and threw it at the victim’s back, then fled.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect was seen smashing into several cars with his big black truck as he left a residence on Lake WA BLVD. Dispatch received another call about the same suspect truck as he drove south on Bellevue Way between lanes, on the sidewalk and in the bushes. The suspect managed to get onto I90 and passed out. Officers arrived, followed shortly by WSP. The suspect was woken up and turned the truck off without putting in in park causing it to roll into the BPD patrol car. The suspect was taken into custody without incident and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect and victim argued, and the suspect threatened the victim with a weapon.  A witness intervened and called the police.  The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

An intoxicated subject was observed by an officer while jaywalking and obstructing traffic.  Upon being contacted, the subject was verbally abusive and walked away.  The officer attempted to stop the subject and he turned and began throwing punches at the officer.  The officer was struck multiple times and fought back against the suspect.  When that was ineffective, he created distance from the suspect, drew his taser, and ordered the suspect onto the ground.  The suspect then complied and was taken into custody with other officers assisting.  The suspect was booked into jail.  The officer was checked at the scene and evaluated at the hospital for minor injuries.  Chain of command was notified.

 NARRATIVE

An officer contacted a subject for park curfew.  She was belligerent throughout the contact and walked away from the officer despite his commands to stop.  After being detained, she continued to be non-compliant & verbally abusive and attempted to pull away from the officer’s grasp multiple times.  She also refused to identify herself during the investigation.  She was arrested and booked into jail.  Chain of command was notified.

The suspect was seen driving off in the victim’s car.  Evidence of forced entry was located downstairs. The car keys and cash were missing from inside the residence. Officers were unable to locate or contact the suspect.  The case has been sent to the King County Prosecutor.

 NARRATIVE

Police contacted the suspects about a theft in progress. Officers responding to scene located the suspect vehicle fleeing westbound on NE 8 St and upon initiating a traffic stop, the suspect vehicle failed to yield and fled southbound on 112th Ave NE driving recklessly. Officers on scene discontinued their attempt at a traffic stop, however, they observed the fleeing vehicle crash in the 100 block of 112th Ave NE. Officers saw both suspects flee from the scene. Suspect-1 was arrested a short distance away.  K9 tracked and located suspect-2.  Both suspects were booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect was contacted during a traffic stop. The investigating officer determined that the driver was exhibiting the effects of Illegal drug consumption while driving.  A DUI investigation was conducted, and the driver arrested and processed for DUI.  The suspect was released to a sober family member.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect was contacted for investigation of a possible Assault. The suspect attempted to flee and violently resisted the officer when he attempted to intervene.  Officer was dragged a short distance by the suspect vehicle as he fled the scene. Responding Officers last saw the suspect fleeing at a high rate of speed westbound on I90 toward Seattle. The suspect and his female passenger were positively identified by multiple officers at the scene.

Redmond Police requested assistance from Bellevue K9 in reference to a Commercial Burglary in progress. K9 Officers arrived on scene and after clearing the building, located the suspect hiding nearby after a short track.
