The subject inadvertently discharged a round from a newly purchased pistol into a wall. The round penetrated the wall and was found inside the unit next door. The next-door neighbor was not injured. The subject was slightly injured. There is no evidence the subject intentionally discharged the firearm. The pistol was booked as evidence/safekeeping. Charges referred to the prosecutor for review. |

The suspect was seen smashing into several cars with his big black truck as he left a residence on Lake WA BLVD. Dispatch received another call about the same suspect truck as he drove south on Bellevue Way between lanes, on the sidewalk and in the bushes. The suspect managed to get onto I90 and passed out. Officers arrived, followed shortly by WSP. The suspect was woken up and turned the truck off without putting in in park causing it to roll into the BPD patrol car. The suspect was taken into custody without incident and booked into jail. |

An intoxicated subject was observed by an officer while jaywalking and obstructing traffic. Upon being contacted, the subject was verbally abusive and walked away. The officer attempted to stop the subject and he turned and began throwing punches at the officer. The officer was struck multiple times and fought back against the suspect. When that was ineffective, he created distance from the suspect, drew his taser, and ordered the suspect onto the ground. The suspect then complied and was taken into custody with other officers assisting. The suspect was booked into jail. The officer was checked at the scene and evaluated at the hospital for minor injuries. Chain of command was notified. |

Police contacted the suspects about a theft in progress. Officers responding to scene located the suspect vehicle fleeing westbound on NE 8 St and upon initiating a traffic stop, the suspect vehicle failed to yield and fled southbound on 112th Ave NE driving recklessly. Officers on scene discontinued their attempt at a traffic stop, however, they observed the fleeing vehicle crash in the 100 block of 112th Ave NE. Officers saw both suspects flee from the scene. Suspect-1 was arrested a short distance away. K9 tracked and located suspect-2. Both suspects were booked into jail. |
