It’s time to plan your event for National Night Out (NNO)! NNO is an excellent opportunity for neighbors to not only have some fun, but get together to strengthen community ties, enhance police partnerships, and to discuss crime prevention strategies. And if you want to have Bellevue Police or Bellevue Fire stop by your event, you need to make your request now.
The Bellevue Police Department Crime Prevention unit says neighborhood watch programs are the first step and many times the best step in crime prevention. NNO is a great way to kick start that effort, and you can invite Bellevue Police to your event to learn safety tips.
Based on call loads, Bellevue Police officers and Bellevue Firefighters will make every effort to attend your registered event. But they can’t show up if they don’t know about it. So, make your request now!
To register your party, send an email to crimeprevention@bellevuewa.gov and the fire department at fireinfo@bellevuewa.gov. Provide the location, time of your event, and the approximate number of people participating. We will do our best to accommodate all requests.
