The suspect met the victim in the park and after learning she was homeless invited her to stay at his apartment if she cleaned it and she agreed. The two went to the apartment and began to drink. The victim says the suspect made advances, but she refused, and he proceeded to do it anyway. The victim does not remember what happened after and woke up with injuries. This occurred approximately three weeks ago. The investigation is ongoing. |

While conducting a proactive patrol, an officer contacted the defendant for an outstanding warrant. During the investigation, the officer discovered that the defendant was in violation of a domestic violence no-contact order and had multiple convictions for violating the order. The defendant was arrested for the no-contact order violation and suspected drug paraphernalia was also recovered. The suspect was booked into jail. |

Security observed the suspects prowl two vehicles in a Downtown Park parking lot. The vehicle drove to the mall where one of the suspects used a stolen credit card to purchase items. Officers contacted the suspects and were also able to find the victim vehicles along with the owners/victims. The property taken in the prowls was found in the suspect’s vehicle. One suspect was booked into jail for several felony warrants. The other was booked into jail on new felony charges. |

Officers contacted a subject who was asleep behind the wheel of his vehicle in a parking lot. A suspected methamphetamine pipe was in open view in the vehicle and the subject was asked to exit. He was placed under arrest and subsequently gave consent for the officers to search the vehicle. A second pipe was located during the search, but no drugs were found. He will be summonsed and was released at the scene. |

The suspect took items from the store worth approximately $2500. He was stopped after passing the registers without making any attempt to pay. Officers intervened and separated the involved parties, and minor use of force occurred. The second assault victim was uncooperative and refused to identify themselves.
