Sex Assault

The suspect met the victim in the park and after learning she was homeless invited her to stay at his apartment if she cleaned it and she agreed.  The two went to the apartment and began to drink.  The victim says the suspect made advances, but she refused, and he proceeded to do it anyway.  The victim does not remember what happened after and woke up with injuries.  This occurred approximately three weeks ago.  The investigation is ongoing.

The victim reported that over a week ago she was sexually assaulted while getting a massage.  Detectives were notified and will follow up with the investigation.

The suspect went to the victim’s house and punched her in the head numerous times.  The suspect told the victim she needed to watch his son and left his son there and took the victim’s car keys leaving her stranded at the house.  The suspect then left and the victim followed, and a verbal argument ensued causing the police to respond.  The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

Domestic Disturbance

While conducting a proactive patrol, an officer contacted the defendant for an outstanding warrant. During the investigation, the officer discovered that the defendant was in violation of a domestic violence no-contact order and had multiple convictions for violating the order. The defendant was arrested for the no-contact order violation and suspected drug paraphernalia was also recovered. The suspect was booked into jail.

Officers were dispatched to a construction site on a cold burglary overnight. The superintendent on the scene advised them that items were stolen from a vehicle including a toolbox and locked container.

Officers were dispatched to a location for a stolen vehicle that was identified by On Star. The vehicle was quickly located in a parking lot. The two subjects were arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle and booked into jail.

Two subjects in a dating relationship got into an argument over money.  The suspect kicked the victim in the leg and face causing injury. The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

The suspect and victim are roommates and got into a physical fight over cleaning the house.  The victim had scratches to his back and shoulder. The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

Car Prowl/ Possession of Stolen Property/ ID Theft/ Theft

Downtown Park & 500 Blk Bellevue Way NE

Security observed the suspects prowl two vehicles in a Downtown Park parking lot. The vehicle drove to the mall where one of the suspects used a stolen credit card to purchase items. Officers contacted the suspects and were also able to find the victim vehicles along with the owners/victims. The property taken in the prowls was found in the suspect’s vehicle. One suspect was booked into jail for several felony warrants. The other was booked into jail on new felony charges.

The subject was involved in a minor traffic accident downtown.  She was contacted by officers and determined to be intoxicated.  After being placed under arrest, she was transported to Bellevue Booking for processing and eventually released to her husband.

Officers contacted a subject who was asleep behind the wheel of his vehicle in a parking lot.  A suspected methamphetamine pipe was in open view in the vehicle and the subject was asked to exit.  He was placed under arrest and subsequently gave consent for the officers to search the vehicle.  A second pipe was located during the search, but no drugs were found.  He will be summonsed and was released at the scene.

Officers responded to the report of a female who appeared to be passed out in her vehicle and was blocking traffic.  Upon contact, the female was obviously intoxicated and eventually placed under arrest.  She was transported to Bellevue Booking for processing and was later released.

Officers contacted a subject during a traffic stop and determined that he had multiple outstanding warrants.  His DUI warrant from Everett P.D. was confirmed and he was turned over to their custody during a warrant meet.

A subject with emotional issues was hanging out on the property charging his phone. The subject began talking randomly about guns and was asked to leave.  He refused.  There were no direct threats made by the subject and he was trespassed from the property.

The subject got into a verbal dispute with his father.  Officers determined that the subject needed an evaluation and he was transported to the hospital.

An officer conducted a traffic stop after the registered owner of the vehicle returned with a misdemeanor warrant for DUI through Burien.  The driver of the vehicle was the warrant subject.  She was placed under arrest and booked into jail without incident.

A suspect entered the business and produced a pistol, demanding that the employee go to the cash register and give him money.   The suspect fled the scene out of the front door.  A King County K9 responded and tracked to a location behind the building. The investigation is ongoing.

The suspect took items from the store worth approximately $2500.  He was stopped after passing the registers without making any attempt to pay.  A search of his backpack incident to the arrest revealed tools that were believed to be used to defeat the store’s security devices.  He was arrested and  booked into jail.

An unknown suspect called the store and asked if they would be banned from a scavenger hunt if they brought a gun in and fired a shot inside the location.  The suspect then hung up on the caller.  When the reporting party went to find the number that the call came in on, there were no numbers.  A case report was taken for documentation.

The victim reported that an unknown male sexually assaulted her at a hotel in Bellevue.  The case was forwarded to Investigations.

A 26-year-old female was found deceased. There were no signs of foul play. The decedent had a history of known mental illness and substance abuse.

Officers responded to an assault at a house party. The assault victim left prior to our arrival. The alleged suspect was contacted and determined to be intoxicated. Arrangements were being made for someone to care for the subject. While making the arrangements, the subject began to fight another party goer. Officers intervened and separated the involved parties, and minor use of force occurred. The second assault victim was uncooperative and refused to identify themselves. The male was arrested booked into jail for disorderly conduct.

Officers responded to an abandoned vehicle in the roadway and a possible DUI in front of the mall. Security maintained surveillance on the driver. Officers contacted the driver and developed probable cause to arrest him for DUI. This was the suspect’s second DUI and therefore he was booked into jail.

Officers responded to an Air B&B host that wanted to remove the guest from the rented room in his residence for suspected drug usage. Officers obtained consent from the Air B&B host to enter the residence. Officers contacted the sole occupant of the room and detained him without further incident. The occupant was then identified as a wanted subject out of the Department of Corrections and Seattle PD. The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

Officers responded to the above address for the report of a possible burglary in progress.  The reporting party stated that the subject was seen lurking around the area.  The subject was seen taking a ladder from behind the business and attempting to get on the roof.  The subject was arrested for trespass and then claimed to consume heroin prior to arrest.  The subject was also charged with Obstruction and booked into jail.

While investigating a motor vehicle theft at the above location, the investigating officer located what appeared to be a freshly dumped stolen vehicle nearby.  The investigation is ongoing.

Police contacted the suspect during an assault investigation. The officers discovered that while in an argument and physical disturbance with a newly acquainted female, the male suspect had punched the female victim in the face, causing injury to her nose. Independent witnesses at the scene confirmed details of disturbance and participants’ involvement.  Probable cause was established, the suspect was arrested and booked into jail. The victim was transported to the hospital for treatment of her injuries.

Bothell Police contacted the victim because they found her vehicle abandoned within the City of Bothell. The victim had no idea that her vehicle had been stolen. The investigation is ongoing.
