The reporting party called to say a subject was with him in an elevator and he has a protection order out against him.  Downtown Unit officers arrived and discovered that the order had not been served, however, the subject had a Bellevue warrant.  Officers contacted the subject and arrested him on his warrant, served him with the order, and booked him into jail.

 NARRATIVE

An officer investigated this burglary that took place at a construction site. The crime appeared to be well planned. The suspects entered the site by cutting a wire fence, then used a drill to enter locked doors once inside. The room that the suspects entered appeared to be targeted. The suspects took spools of copper wire and various tools. The investigation is ongoing.

 NARRATIVE

Officers responded to investigate a domestic assault. Once they arrived, officers learned that the suspect had shown up at the victim’s house and punched her in the face. The suspect then temporarily barricaded himself into a separate garage/apartment attached to the house. Patrol and members of the bike, Crisis Response Team, and the Downtown Unit also arrived to help. The suspect eventually surrendered without incident.

A male overdosed in his car and was found by his family. An officer arrived on the scene and determined he was overdosing and in cardiac arrest. The officer administered one dose of NARCAN and continued with CPR until aid arrived. The male regained consciousness and was transported to the hospital.

 NARRATIVE

A male entered the bank and sat at a desk. He wrote on a piece of bank paper that he wanted $16,000. The teller told him okay and asked for his ID. The suspect gave his ID to her and stated he wanted it all in $100 bills and not to say anything. The teller realized she was being robbed and told him she would be back with the money. The suspect sat at the desk while the teller went to another teller and pushed the holdup alarm and told her manager. The suspect stayed on the scene waiting for his money until police arrived and took him into custody without incident. There were no weapons and no threat of violence.

Officers contacted a subject in a suspicious vehicle.  It was determined that he had an outstanding felony warrant.  The subject attempted to pull away from the officers’ grasp and was immediately taken to the ground where he was arrested without injury or further incident.  The officers also observed suspected drug paraphernalia and suspected drugs in the subject’s vehicle.  Officers seized the vehicle as evidence and impounded it to the station for a search warrant.  The subject was booked into jail.

Officers responded to the report of a suspicious subject and possible residential burglary in progress.  The homeowner was reporting that there was an unknown male subject on the back porch, and he tried the patio door handle.  The subject was located by K9 officers in the backyard and detained for further investigation.  He was eventually arrested and booked into jail.

Fire personnel at Station 1 heard a car horn, ran outside and saw a vehicle with front end damage stopped in the middle of the intersection.  The subject was in the driver’s seat and was highly intoxicated.  A Glock 21 pistol was also seen in plain view lying on the floorboard of the car. The investigation was completed, and the subject was booked into jail for DUI.  The gun was retrieved for safekeeping.

A suspect and friend were making fun of an autistic person and another person, the victim, told them to stop. Outside the business, the suspect punched the victim in the face for interfering. Two subjects became involved in an altercation.  They went outside of the apartment and the incident continued.  Three total subjects then began striking the victim by punching and kicking him.  He was also struck with a metal pipe or bat.  The suspects fled the area in a vehicle and could not be located.  The victim was transported to the hospital for treatment.  It was determined that he has a concussion and a broken nose.  He was later released.  The investigation is ongoing.
