NARRATIVE
Washington State Patrol conducted a traffic stop, but the driver of the vehicle drove away after the trooper exited her patrol car. A Bellevue officer was able to locate the offending vehicle a few minutes later, and the driver was taken into custody by WSP with Bellevue officers assisting. WSP booked the driver into jail for the eluding and additional charges, including a warrant. |

NARRATIVE
An officer responded to a disturbance at a store where a male was attacking a female, and then another male began fighting with the suspect. At one point, one male was armed with a knife. All involved left the scene before officers arrived. Officers spotted a matching vehicle leaving the area and conducted an investigative traffic stop. It turned out the subjects contacted in the traffic stop were the victims of an attempted robbery and assault over a drug deal gone wrong. A perimeter was established, and the suspect was located hiding in a dumpster. The suspect was positively identified and arrested. The knife was also recovered at the scene. |

NARRATIVE
An unknown male suspect manipulated the office entry door lock to gain entry. Once inside, the suspect grabbed two laptop computers from a community area desk and left the office. The associated vehicle appears to be a white late model 4 door sedan. BPD units (4th shift) showed up to this location shortly after for an alarm and found building secure. This is one of two similar burglaries in the area. Officers believe the suspect used a key to gain entry. |

An officer investigated this second, possibly related burglary. Sometime over the weekend, someone attempted to break into the apartment building office by prying the front door and a window. The entry was unsuccessful. A report was taken by phone for documentation purposes. |

On 4-1-20, a suspect eluded an officer in the Eastgate area. It was caught on camera from a residence. The suspect car was identified by several officers after being put out in an email. Today, the suspect car was located at a hotel. The suspect ran back into the hotel when hailed by an officer. He was eventually arrested. The suspect initially gave his brother’s name but was correctly identified, which revealed several warrants and previous arrests for eluding. |

NARRATIVE
A victim called her neighbor, stating someone was breaking into her house. Minutes before, another neighbor called 911 stating he caught a male at his front door with a brick. The suspect said he was looking for a puppy and left. The neighbor went outside with his gun and located the suspect walking away. He held the suspect at gunpoint until police arrive. The investigation revealed the suspect had broken into a second house in the neighborhood. The suspect became uncooperative in the patrol car, telling officers he was going to kill them, kicking the window and spitting over the partition onto the front console. Officers dawned all PPE and removed the suspect from the car and restrained him. After he was transported to jail, the suspect spit on an officer’s face just above the officer’s mask. He did not show signs of COVID-19 and was booked into jail.

The 911 caller reported a male was trying to break down the front door. As NORCOM was speaking with the caller, shots were heard in the background, which was confirmed by the caller. Officers quickly arrived and took custody of the suspect. A loaded 9mm pistol was located on the suspect. Marking rounds were found in the firearm as well as on the porch of the residence. After the suspect was removed and taken for treatment due to his obvious usage of narcotics, his vehicle was located nearby. The suspect also threatened to kill an officer and two medics. The suspect was booked for Assault, attempted Burglary, Felony Harassment, and illegal discharge of a firearm. |
