 NARRATIVE

Officers responded to a disturbance and located the injured victim and suspect still at the location.  The suspect confronted the victim for closing the bathroom door too loudly and threw multiple items at the victim.  One of the items struck the victim on the forehead requiring stitches. The suspect was arrested and booked without incident.

 NARRATIVE

Both subjects got into an altercation after exchanging words and gestures towards each other while both traveling on NE 20th Street.  The suspect went to the victim’s place of work and Snapchated him to come outside and fight. Probable cause was developed for the suspect to be charged with disorderly conduct.

Dispatch alerted an officer that a subject was flagged as officer safety and he had felony warrants for Failure to Register as Sex Offender and DOC Escape Community Custody. He was arrested and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

Neighbors called in a disturbance involving a couple. When officers arrived, the two subjects had left the residence and were in a nearby church parking lot. The officer determined the female was the respondent in a no-contact order with the male. The suspect was arrested for order violation and transported to jail.

 NARRATIVE

A subject was contacted by an officer for crossing mid-block.  The subject returned as an officer safety risk and he had a DOC warrant with an original charge of burglary in Bellevue.  He was arrested and booked into jail without incident.

 NARRATIVE

An officer responded to the report of a suspicious vehicle.  He found it and observed suspected drug paraphernalia in the suspect’s hands.  The officer was given consent to search the subject’s vehicle and located numerous items of suspected paraphernalia.  He was arrested and later released from custody and allowed to leave the scene.

An officer was conducting traffic enforcement and located an occupied stolen vehicle.  The suspect was taken into custody without incident and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

An officer located a vehicle with a stolen license plate on the front and detained the two occupants.  The officer discovered that there was a different rear plate which was also stolen.  A check of the VIN revealed that the vehicle itself was stolen.  The vehicle was towed to the station for processing.  It was determined that the suspects were in possession of ten total stolen license plates, stolen credit cards, stolen mail, suspected drugs, and other items.  The female was booked into jail for multiple felony charges.  The male was booked into jail for a DOC warrant.  He is also a convicted felon for domestic violence order violations and will have multiple felony charges stemming from this investigation.

After responding to a two-car collision, officers learned that one of the parties involved in the collision had several warrants issued out of Puyallup PD.  The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

Officers responded to the business for a burglary complaint after employees arrived at work and found a glass door smashed out. Officers determined that the suspects possibly tried to steal small safe containing drugs, but the safe was bolted down.

The subject was driving his vehicle while intoxicated and crashed into a tree and trash can in front of a residence.  He was placed under arrest and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

A suspect used brass knuckles to hit the window of a victim’s car. The brass knuckles were recovered from the suspect’s car. Charges were forwarded for a weapons violation and attempted assault.

Police responded to a domestic disturbance in progress and determined that an intoxicated female suspect had assaulted her boyfriend while coming from a party in Seattle. She was arrested and booked into jail.

Officers were dispatched to the Highland trail system for a male in emotional distress.  Officers located him and he was transported to the hospital.

 NARRATIVE

An unknown suspect stole the victim’s 2003 white truck from the parking lot. Inside the truck was a white and red motorbike with no plate and a Ruger .22 rifle. The truck likely has yellow paint splatter on it.

 NARRATIVE

Officer responded to a call regarding a hostile employee threatening customers. It was determined that the suspect had been working a 16-hour shift and was about to get off. He was irritated and getting angry for no reason, but no crime was committed so he was let go. A few minutes later, a hit and run occurred at NE 8th and 144 Ave NE, and then a collision at NE 8th and 124 Ave NE. Officers located the suspect at the collision at 124th. Numerous witnesses said they saw him just before the crash going upwards of 80-100 mph west on NE 8th St. As he approached 124th, he did not brake and slammed into the back of a stopped vehicle. The suspect sustained injuries to his hand. The victim car had one occupant and she sustained minor injuries. The suspect was identified as the driver in the hit and run. He was arrested and booked on reckless driving and Hit and Run.

 NARRATIVE

Officer witnessed an occupied, unconfirmed stolen vehicle in the area of Bellevue Way and Main St. The vehicle abruptly pulled into a parking lot. The officer called out the contacts and verbally controlled the subjects until help arrived. The investigation revealed the vehicle was stolen out of unincorporated Snohomish County. It was taken during a residential burglary. The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.
