 NARRATIVE

During a traffic stop, the driver, a convicted felon, provided consent to search the vehicle.  Officers discovered the identity of the female passenger and located a DOC Escape Warrant for Vehicular Homicide.  The consent search of vehicle led to the discovery of ammunition, rifle magazines, ballistic vest, brass knuckles, and night optics.  The driver was booked on possession of dangerous weapons, driving with a suspended license, and paraphernalia. The passenger was booked on her warrant.

 NARRATIVE

On 10/29, a male suspect was seen on surveillance walking near one of the service vehicles.  Employees later found that someone had removed the catalytic converter from the vehicle.  A Sawzall blade was found next to the vehicle. The suspect left in a Jeep style vehicle.

An abandoned, crashed vehicle was reported in the roadway. The vehicle was on fire and became engulfed in flames prior to Fire’s arrival.  The registered owner of the vehicle was determined to live three blocks away.  There was no answer on the cellphone or at the house.  The sister of the registered owner filed a missing person report stating this was atypical behavior. The investigation is ongoing.

Suspects smashed a window, entered the business, and stole multiple cash drawers. The suspects fled the scene in a vehicle and were stopped by an officer.  A cash drawer was observed on the lap of one of the suspects. The suspects were arrested for burglary and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

The victim was meeting the suspect at a hotel for a first date. After being let into the room, two other females appeared with “stun guns” and mace, demanding the victim empty his pockets. He complied and left. The victim called police from the parking lot. The investigation is ongoing.

A suspect stole $300 worth of shoes and left in a stolen vehicle. While leaving, the suspect car hit another car and took off. The investigation is ongoing.

 NARRATIVE

A suspect entered the business and stole merchandise.  When he was confronted by loss prevention, the suspect gave back the merchandise but pulled a knife out and brandished it to get away. The suspect fled to a stolen car in the parking lot. Officers arrived on scene and detained the suspect without incident.  He was found to have a burglary warrant and was in possession of suspected drugs. The suspect was booked into jail.

SA suspect used a key to enter two buildings in the apartment complex.  The suspect then used a pry tool to open all banks of mailboxes.  The investigation is ongoing.

A male suspect entered the office and stole about $500 in cash out of an unlocked safe.  He was seen walking away with a blue bag.  The investigation is ongoing.

 NARRATIVE

A suspect entered the location, stole a pair of shoes as well as other merchandise, then punched the loss prevention officer when leaving.  Officers contacted the suspect a short time later, and he was detained.  The stolen merchandise was recovered ($844.88 worth).  A search netted a large amount of suspected methamphetamine and heroin, plus cash.

Police contacted the suspect during a traffic stop. The suspect played the name game and was eventually positively identified. Police contacted the suspect during a traffic stop and determined that the suspect driver had Failed to Lawfully Transfer Title after purchase. The suspect was arrested, released, and advised she would be summoned in the mail with a court date.

 NARRATIVE

Officers responded to the report of a road rage incident during which the suspect pointed a gun at the victim. Officers found the suspect vehicle and detained the suspect nearby. The suspect was identified and arrested for Assault 1. A consent search on the suspect vehicle was conducted. A realistic replica BB gun was found concealed inside the access to the trunk from the backseat armrest. The suspect was booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

A victim was withdrawing cash from the bank ATM when a sedan pulled into the parking lot, and a thin black male wearing a mask got out. The suspect approached the victim and pointed a gun at him. The suspect demanded the cash. The victim told him he was a cop, to which the suspect responded with “Oh God, he is a cop!” and ran back to the car jumping in the back seat as the car sped away. The suspect did not get any money or property from the victim. The victim is not actually a police officer.

A suspect stole merchandise and ran to a waiting vehicle. The vehicle took off, leaving the suspect behind and eluded Officers.  Another officer located the abandoned suspect, and a foot pursuit ensued, chasing the male across Factoria Blvd SE.  The suspect was detained, and the stolen property was recovered (small amount). The suspect was released at the scene via summons.

 NARRATIVE

Police responded to an occupied burglary involving a firearm. While enroute to the scene, radio advised that (2) suspects had broken into the victim residence and threatened her with a handgun. The suspects were last seen fleeing the residence southbound from the home. The perimeter was set, and a K9 Track was initiated; however, K9 officers lost the scent in the cul-de-sac. The investigation is ongoing.

Police contacted the suspect during a social call. The suspect voluntarily provided information to the officer, who determined that the suspect had an outstanding, confirmed MISD Warrant out of Seattle PD for DUI. The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

The subject was found unresponsive in the parking lot of the church. He had a very slow pulse. Bellevue Medics revived him with Narcan and transported him to the hospital. The subject has a DOC warrant for a DV order violation. DOC said they would confirm the warrant when he is released. However, he is likely to be in the hospital for a few days. Captain notified.

 NARRATIVE

Officers responded to a report of an assault after a caller reported being spit on by an intoxicated male suspect.  The description of the suspect matched a subject officers had contacted earlier in the day during a similar disturbance.  Upon arrival, officers contacted the suspect and he was detained without incident. He was booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

Officers responded to the area of SE 6th Pl. and 154th Ave. SE after receiving calls of a traffic collision.  While enroute, officers learned the driver of the involved vehicle was attempting to flee, and several citizens were attempting to detain him.  Upon officers’ arrival, the driver/suspect was detained without incident.  An investigation was conducted, which revealed the suspect struck two parked vehicles and attempted to flee.  The suspect was ultimately transported to the BPD for a DUI investigation, which resulted in his arrest.

 NARRATIVE

Officers responded to a disturbance at an apartment complex.  While enroute, officers learned the reporting party was being harassed by her neighbor/suspect.  The suspect is known to the police department from prior mental health calls at the same location (including one earlier today).  Upon arrival, officers contacted the reporting party, who stated the suspect had threatened her and made numerous derogatory comments/references about her race while doing so.  Officers determined probable cause existed for a hate crime, and the suspect was taken into custody without incident and booked into jail.

Two suspects wearing gloves and masks entered the store.  One was armed with an AK47 style gun. The suspects took two cell phones from customers and stole approximately $1,500 cash and $1,500 of product.  The investigation is ongoing

The suspect pushed his girlfriend down from the neck.  The victim was uncooperative and denied feeling pain. The suspect was summonsed for DV Assault after officers were unable to locate him.
