Police responded to an assist to Bellevue Fire and determined that the suspect appeared to be experiencing the effects of drug intoxication. He was seen pounding on his neighbor’s door and screaming. He was transported to the hospital.

The officer contacted the suspect during a traffic stop for a moving violation, and the suspect made false statements about his identity. The suspect eventually revealed his identity, and it was discovered he had active warrants.  The suspect was booked into jail.

Officers responded to a reported home invasion in progress. The victim reported that burglars were interrupted while the family was asleep. The suspects threatened a family member with a handgun during the robbery. When additional family members woke, the suspects fled the residence in a vehicle.  No one was injured, and the investigation is ongoing.

 NARRATIVE

Officers responded to reports of suspicious activity and a subject in a vehicle. Officers discovered the suspects were prowling in the area and committing mail theft. Felony levels of stolen mail were recovered. One suspect also had a felony amount of suspected drugs on his person. Both subjects were booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

Officers responded to a domestic disturbance between a father and his son.  The son had fled the scene and was not located.  Officers determined an argument escalated into a physical altercation and the son struck his father several times in the head, causing pain.  Probable cause was established, and the investigation is ongoing.

An officer completed a random vehicle plate query and discovered the registered owner an active warrant out of Puyallup for DUI and driving with a suspended license. The officer noted the driver matched the query return, so he initiated a traffic stop. The Officer confirmed his identity and the warrant. Based on the high bond and the DUI involving vehicular assault, the suspect was transported to Auburn PD for booking.

An officer completed a random vehicle plate query on an occupied vehicle parked in a parking lot. Police records indicated the vehicle was reported stolen (BPD). The officer contacted the driver/suspect to investigate further. It was determined there was evidence for Possession Stolen Vehicle, suspected drugs, Driving with License Suspended, operating a motor vehicle without interlock, and possession of car theft tools. The suspect was booked into jail.

An officer responded to reports of a shoplift. The suspect had fled the store prior arrival; however, during an area check the suspect was located nearby. The suspect’s identity was confirmed, and he was arrested. Along with the theft charges, a search following the arrest led to additional charges of Drugs, False Statements, Possession of Burglary Tools, and Possession Stolen Property.

 NARRATIVE

Officers responded to investigate a domestic disturbance between a boyfriend and girlfriend.  The boyfriend had already left when the police arrived. The investigation showed the suspect boyfriend assaulted and harassed the victim during a verbal argument. Officers made one contact with the suspect via phone, but the suspect refused to cooperate. Charges are pending for the suspect. Also, the suspect has an active DV warrant for Lynnwood PD.

Officers investigated a 911 hang-up call that, according to its history, is connected to 451 911 hang-up calls. Officers contacted the subject, and he complained of “illegal rays” harassing him. The rays were unfounded, but the officers discovered he had an active DV Harassment warrant (Everett PD). The warrant was confirmed, and he was transported to Snohomish County Jail for booking.

A suspect shoplifted $100 in jewelry and fled on foot.  During an area check, officers located the suspect, and after a foot pursuit, the suspect was taken into custody and booked in jail.

An officer checked the area for a wanted person and saw the suspect sitting in a parked vehicle near the residence. When the suspect saw the officer drive into the neighborhood, the suspect ran into her residence. The officer contacted associates at the scene, and they reported the suspect was not available.

An officer witnessed an expired registration and initiated a traffic stop. The driver did not have identification, and he lied about his identity. It was eventually discovered the driver had a Felony DV warrant (SPD). The warrant was confirmed, and he was booked into jail. Charges are pending for False Information and Driving with License Suspended.

 NARRATIVE

Officers investigated a domestic disturbance regarding allegations of harassment. The suspect/ex-husband said via face time that he would kill himself and female half if they could not be together. The victim reported the suspect was in Seattle. The Officer was able to contact the suspect in Seattle with the assistance of SPD for a statement. Based on the interview, the suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

An officer responded to an assist call at the mall.  The reporting party called in after tracking his stolen iPad to the location and was confronting a male who was near the ping.  The officer arrived on scene to find the two men in an argument.  The officer intervened and attempted numerous times to deescalate the situation, but the male became irate and began challenging the officer to a fight.  The suspect taken into custody on several domestic violence warrants and charges will be sent to the prosecutor for review for the male’s actions towards the officer. No iPad was ever located.

Officers contacted the suspect for a criminal traffic violation. Upon contact, the suspect was verbally aggressive to the officer and initially would not follow lawful police commands. The officer persuaded the suspect to comply and advised that she would be summoned in the mail with a court date. The suspect was released at the scene.

Ex-boyfriend and ex-girlfriend got into a verbal argument while driving together.  She has a valid and served No Contact Order against him.  The respondent ran from the vehicle and the suspect fled on foot after being contacted by police.  A perimeter was established, and the suspect was later apprehended.  The suspect was booked into jail.

A patrol officer spotted two known wanted subjects riding their bicycles. The officer identified the suspects from a patrol watch bulletin and contacted the suspects confirming their identity along with the Felony Escape DOC/ MISD (Lynnwood PD) warrants. Both subjects were placed into custody without incident and booked into jail.  One suspect was in possession of suspected heroin (2gm) and additional charges are pending lab results.

An officer witnessed a suspicious occupied vehicle parked along a bike trail. The plate was queried, and police records indicated there was an active DV court order for the registered owner. Officers contacted the vehicle and determined the registered owner was present in the van – the respondent was the passenger. The suspect initially lied about his identity, but a DOL photo confirmed otherwise. The suspect had three prior no-contact order convictions with the registered owner.  The suspect was eventually booked into jail.

The reporting party filed a delayed report of a theft of two iPad. Security advised that the suspect was walking on NE 10th St at Bellevue Way. Officers detained the suspect.  The suspect admitted to previously stealing two iPads but had already traded one to an unknown person. The iPad that he currently had was registered to the business.  The subject was summoned for Theft 3rd, Malicious mischief 3rd, and Trespass.

A suspect entered the warehouse area of the store and took two Samsung phones and a PS5 controller. When confronted, he locked himself in the bathroom. Eventually, he exited and ran out the back-emergency exit of the store leading to the railroad tracks. Officers were unable to locate him. The total loss was $1640.

 NARRATIVE

Officers were at a store conducting a direct patrol when they came upon a 2006 black Honda running, parked sideways in a handicap stall, without a placard or license plates. Nobody was inside. Further investigation found a suspect standing by the doors of the store intently watching the officers but stated it wasn’t his car. Inside the car were spider wrapped items, tools, suspected drugs and paraphernalia, and a phone. As the vehicle was being towed, the suspect approached the officers and admitted he was the “passenger” of the car and wanted his cell phone. The registered owner was not located. KCSO told officers that the registered owner was well known to them and heavily into organized retail theft and drugs. The vehicle is at the station, awaiting a search warrant.

Police responded to a domestic disturbance in progress and learned from security that they had observed the female suspect assaulting her boyfriend. Officers contacted the suspect and uncooperative victim. The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.
