As a high-risk stop was attempted, the vehicle eluded and drove over a 4-foot embankment and fled onto I-90, then to I-405 south. Washington State Patrol assisted, but the vehicle was not located. |

NARRATIVE A possible shoplifter was contacted in the store, and the officer determined the individual had outstanding warrants from a local agency. The warrants were confirmed and following the arrest, the officer discovered suspected narcotics. The suspect was transferred to the local agency for booking on the warrants. NARRATIVE Loss prevention reported a man punching a woman in the face. Officers located the vehicle and followed as in meandered through Factoria. The vehicle, a rental, finally pulled over in a parking lot off SE 41st Ln. A male and female were detained via a high-risk vehicle stop. After a preliminary investigation, the officer arrested the male for Assault 1 against the loss prevention officer, DV Assault 4 against the woman in the pickup, and Drug Possession with Intent to Deliver. The female was arrested on the Drug Possession with intent to deliver charge. The Drug charge was based on the number of pills and three large wads of cash seen in the cab. The pickup was impounded pending a search warrant. Both subjects were booked into jail. |

NARRATIVE On Monday, 12-7, officers responded to the business regarding a subject panhandling outside the store. The manager asked the subject to leave. He refused and threatened to slap the manager. The subject left the area and could not be found. The primary officer established probable cause to arrest the subject for Harassment but had yet to identify him. Today, officers responded to the 10100 Blk of Main St. for a disturbance involving a subject panhandling. The subject was contacted, and the primary officer from the previous call recognized him as the subject who threatened the store manager. The subject was interviewed and admitted he threatened the manager. He was arrested without incident and booked into jail. An entry as an officer safety risk was requested due to threats made against the officers. |

NARRATIVE An officer responded to a domestic disturbance in progress between an ex-boyfriend and girlfriend. Recently, there have been frequent domestic disturbances between the subjects, and felony assault charges were filed on a separate case for the male. In this incident, the witness saw the male hitting the female on the houseboat. When officers arrived, the male was gone. The investigation revealed there was evidence for DV Harassment, Trespass, Malicious Mischief, and Theft. Charges were filed. |

NARRATIVE Officers responded to a physical disturbance between a construction worker and a pedestrian. The officers located the two involved subjects. A female subject stated that as she was walking down the sidewalk in a construction zone, a construction worker approached her. She advised he began to scream at her. She responded by spitting on him (unknown if the spit struck him). He then slapped her with an open hand. She attempted to hit him back, and that was when she advised he slammed her on the ground. The male advised that the female spat on him during their argument and made racist comments towards him. He advised that the comments got under his skin and caused him to react physically. Charges for Assault in the 4th degree were filed with the prosecutor’s office against the male. |

NARRATIVE Officer responded to a disturbance between two females, one a store employee. The employee told officers that the suspect was screaming profanity inside the store. She stated she asked her to leave. She advised officers that the suspect responded by throwing hot deli soup at her. The suspect was arrested for Assault in the 4th degree and Criminal Trespass in the 1st degree since she had an active trespass on file for that location. She was booked into jail. |

NARRATIVE Officers responded to the mall and discovered two suspects shoplifted from the store after assaulting one of the Asset Protection Officers. Officers located the suspect running away from security. He gave verbal commands for him to stop, but he continued to run at him. The officer was subsequently able to safely take the suspect into custody. A female suspect was later detained down the street. The male suspect was charged with Assault in the 4th degree and Obstruction. The female was charged with Theft in the 2nd degree (shoplifting). Both suspects were booked into jail. |

NARRATIVE While on direct patrol, an officer located an occupied stolen vehicle parked in the SE corner of the lot. Officers initiated a High-Risk Stop of the suspect; however, he fled northbound the lot, damaging his vehicle and crashing a block away. A perimeter was set, and K93 officer and his partners initiated a track. The suspect was located by K93, hiding in a dumpster approximately 2 blocks North at a nearby business. The suspect was taken into custody. Officers discovered that suspect had a confirmed MISD Warrant out of Bothell PD. The suspect was transported and released into the custody of Bothell PD. He was advised that he would be summoned in the mail with a court date for his additional crimes. The stolen vehicle was recovered. |

NARRATIVE A suspect assaulted his ex-girlfriend as she was walking home. The victim did not report it. A few hours after he assaulted her, he unlawfully entered her apartment, and a heated argument ensued. The suspect locked himself in the bathroom, clogged the sink and bathtub, and turned on the water. The victim fled. By the time she returned the suspect was gone, and the apartment was flooded, and so was the apartment below. There is probable cause for DV Burglary, Assault 4, and Malicious Mischief. The suspect was unable to be located. |

NARRATIVE Officers responded to an unwanted subject at the gas station. While the clerk was on the phone, the suspect exited the store. The suspect went to the glass directly in front of the clerk, tapped on the window with a gun, and pointed it at him, causing the clerk significant fear. The suspect ran into a neighboring store and when officers arrived on scene within minutes, he couldn’t be located in the store. Two other officers located the suspect behind the gas station, trying to walk away. The officers could see the gun in the back of his waistband. The suspect hesitantly complied with officers’ commands to turn and put his hands up. He was taken into custody. Officers realized that he was the suspect of the DV from an hour earlier. He was booked into jail. |

NARRATIVE An officer initiated a traffic stop on the suspect vehicle on SB I-405 just before the I-90 interchange. The officer observed the violation on 112th Ave SE as the suspect vehicle left a business. The suspect fled from the officer and eluded. Approximately a minute later, NORCOM started receiving calls about a collision on EB I-90. BPD officers arrived on the scene and located a totaled suspect vehicle in the HOV lane of EB I90 just East of the I405. It was determined the suspect, a convicted felon, was located in vehicle, seriously injured, and reeking of Marijuana. The investigating officer identified the suspect vehicle. He was transported to the hospital ,and once medically cleared, the suspect was booked into jail. A search warrant produced a loaded GLOCK pistol inside the vehicle. |

Officers conducted an area check and located the suspect vehicle nearby. Officers observed the suspect enter vehicle and initiated a High-Risk Stop on I405. The suspect was taken into custody without incident. No DV crime had occurred between the suspect and his partner. The suspect was booked into jail.
