NARRATIVE
A subject crashed into an electric pole inside the East Link Railyard. After his vehicle became disabled from the collision, he decided to flee on foot. An officer stopped the subject as he ran eastbound towards 120th Ave NE. The subject fled by jumping over a fence with barbwire lining the top. The subject was later located, arrested, and received treatment at the hospital for cuts from the barbed wire fence. He was booked into jail for Hit & Run, Obstructing a Law Enforcement Officer, Resisting Arrest, and Driving With License Suspended. Additionally, an inventory search of the vehicle was conducted prior to locating the subject. A firearm and suspected drug paraphernalia were seen in the vehicle. The vehicle was seized and transported to the station for the application of a search warrant. Felony charges could be pending depending on the outcome of the search warrant. |

Officers conducted a traffic stop on a subject for driving in dark & heavy rain without headlights and a rear bumper dangling from the vehicle. Upon contact, the officer had reasonable suspicion for DUI and ordered the suspect to exit the vehicle to further investigate safely. The suspect refused to exit the vehicle or talk and initially would not comply until officers opened the door. The subject got out of the vehicle without a use of force. After further investigation, the subject was arrested and released at the scene. He will be summoned for obstruction, and a citation was issued for traffic infractions. |

The items were seized without incident, and the order was served. |

The officer responded to another call, and when he returned, the suspect was back on the property trying to sell gift cards. The suspect then failed to initially comply when contacted, which resulted in an obstructing charge. The suspect was arrested, interviewed, and released via summons. Charges were filed. |

A victim called to report that her boyfriend had discharged his firearm in the house. The female and 17-year-old daughter hid in the residence, then fled when police arrived. The victim was uncooperative and left the scene when told not to. She was intoxicated and gave false information regarding the incident. The male party was compliant and sober. It was determined that after an argument earlier, the male was going to leave for the night and went to retrieve his firearm from the safe when he accidentally discharged it into the safe wall, which contained the round. The female was released at the scene and will be summoned. The male left for the night, and the daughter stayed with a friend. |
