NARRATIVE
Security called police stating, they were struggling with a theft suspect. While en route, officers learned the suspect had been detained, and an associated vehicle that had been waiting for the suspect had fled the location. Responding officers located and stopped the associated vehicle, which yielded without incident. Following the investigation, officers discovered the suspect attempted to steal several hundred dollars’ worth of merchandise. When confronted by security, the suspect pushed through them and tried to flee but was unsuccessful. The incident did not meet the elements for Robbery, so the suspect was arrested for Theft 3rd and Assault 4th. There were no injuries to any party. The occupants of the vehicle were not involved in the theft and/or assault and were identified and released. The suspect was booked into jail. |

The reporting party viewed a possible physical domestic disturbance with firearms present. Officers arrived and determined there was not assault, but there were many firearms in the residence. Detectives responded to write a search warrant and later arrested the suspect and seized weapons. |

The victim reported that he ordered Door Dash, and the driver called and swore at the victim, stating he couldn’t find his address. Once there, the victim came outside and had no mask on. The suspect refused to roll his windows down due to this. The suspect then called the victim and told him he would not give him his food until he wore a mask. The victim then started to hit the suspect’s window and yelled at him to give him his food. The suspect then exited the car, yelled a racial slur, and moved toward the victim, which caused him to run away in fear. While running back to his apartment, the victim slipped and scraped his knee. The suspect did not pursue him. The victim did not want a report or to be a victim. Based on the nature of the call, a report was taken. The officer was unable to locate the suspect. |

The suspect was taken into custody and transported to jail, but the jail refused to book him due to a lack of medical beds. The suspect was released, and the warrant was placed back into the system. The officer contacted Seattle PD for follow-up at the suspect’s residence. The suspect was summoned in the mail with a court date for a multitude of criminal traffic violations. |

Police responded to a disturbance with a knife. While en-route to the scene, officers were advised by police radio that the victim was being assaulted with a knife. Officers arrived on scene, formed an Immediate Action Team, breached through a security door, and located the victim at his apartment. He was extremely distraught. Officers determined that the victim was unharmed but was most likely under the influence of drugs with a history of mental health calls. After interviewing the victim, officers determined that he was allowing homeless transients to stay at his apartment, and while in an argument with an unknown female suspect that he had invited over, the suspect assaulted him and stole his laptop computer. The suspect could not be located, and Bellevue Fire Medics responded to provide aid to the victim. The investigation is ongoing. |

The male subject never entered the apartment, and no assault occurred. The court order between the male and female subject expired in January 2021. The female subject reported that the male subject had been sending her harassing text messages. Those messages included threats, including a picture of a handgun and a large amount of cash, plus other derogatory statements about assault/rape. The investigation is ongoing. |
