Police responded to a report of a DV No Contact Order violation and determined that the suspect had violated the terms of the NCO DV between him and his ex-wife. Officers contacted the victim, and she provided a statement. They located the suspect nearby, arrested him and booked him into jail. |

NARRATIVE
Officers responded to an assault that occurred between patients. On their way, officers learned the suspect had struck an elderly patient with his own cane and had since been restrained by security. Officers located all parties and learned the suspect had entered the emergency room through open doors. Several members of the staff attempted to stop the suspect, but she continued further into the emergency room, where she confronted the victim. The suspect grabbed a cane from the victim’s hands and struck him once in his arm, causing the cane to break. Security then restrained the suspect. The suspect and victim did not know each other, and the assault was unprovoked. The suspect was arrested for Assault 2nd Degree and booked into jail. |

NARRATIVE
Officers were dispatched to a theft report and, on their way, they learned several security guards were following the suspect’s vehicle, which had two flat tires. The vehicle was driving very aggressively, and eventually, security lost sight of the suspect’s vehicle near the I-405 freeway. A short time later, troopers (WSP) located the suspect’s vehicle, unoccupied, and parked at the Wilburton Park and Ride. The suspects could not be located. About $500 in stolen merchandise was recovered and returned to the store. |

Two males arrived at a hotel room and knocked on the door. The suspects attempted multiple times to kick in the door but were unsuccessful. An onlooker questioned the suspects, and the shorter male suspect immediately threatened the onlooker, while the second suspect fired one 9 mm round at the door handle. The suspects left after being unable to kick the door open. The investigation is ongoing. |

Officers were dispatched to check the welfare of a subject. On their way, they learned the reporting party was the subject’s commanding officer at JBLM, and the subject had been entered into NCIC/WACIC as a Missing, with a fresh felony warrant for Desertion. Officers contacted the family at the residence, and they were cooperative. The family indicated the subject had left several minutes prior. Officers worked with the family to locate the subject; he was contacted and detained without incident. JBLM was notified and sent Military personnel to Bellevue to take custody of the subject. |

NARRATIVE
An officer located a vehicle in the parking garage that had the VIN covered and had a false temporary plate. The officer then located the vehicle leaving a short time later. WSP was on scene to assist with a stop. The officer attempted to stop the vehicle at the westbound I-90 to southbound I-405 interchange, and it took off. A WSP trooper took over and pursued the vehicle, and BPD followed at a distance since the trooper was alone. The trooper lost the vehicle at Sunset in Renton. Renton PD located the vehicle abandoned just off the freeway, and an officer responded and seized it for a warrant. The investigation is ongoing. |

An officer was on routine patrol and conducting random license plate checks. The officer discovered the vehicle in front of him was a reported stolen out of Kent. Before the officer could initiate a traffic stop, the suspect pulled into an apartment and exited the vehicle. The officer quickly contacted the suspect and detained him without incident. The investigation revealed the vehicle was an unreturned rental. The suspect was arrested for Possession of a Stolen Vehicle and booked. |

Officers initially responded to a disturbance. The caller stated an adult female was intoxicated and driving in the area with children in the vehicle. As officers were investigating, they were notified of a second call on the female. She was at a second location causing a disturbance, intoxicated, and sitting in a vehicle with children. Officers responded and located the female. An investigation was conducted, and it was determined the female was heavily intoxicated and operated the vehicle with the children inside. The female was placed under arrest for DUI/Reckless Endangerment and transported to BPD booking for processing. She was ultimately booked into jail for the offenses. The children were located unharmed. CPS was notified and assisted with the placement of the children. |

Suspects stole shoes from the store and resisted loss prevention’s attempts to detain them. An officer was in the parking lot and was able to locate the suspects as they were fleeing. After some convincing, one suspect stopped and was detained. The second suspect stopped a short distance away and was detained. Both were out on bail and had misdemeanor warrants. They were booked into jail. |

NARRATIVE
Police contacted two suspects during an investigation of fraud and theft. Witnesses on scene advised police that the suspects were working together to commit fraud and theft. The investigating officer determined that one suspect was attempting to make a fraudulent purchase at the business, utilizing illegally obtained credit card information. Witnesses grew suspicious when the suspect was reading the credit card number off of a piece of paper while attempting to pay. The suspect was arrested, and a subsequent search netted suspected drug paraphernalia, (2.1) grams of heroin, and (1.8) Grams of crack cocaine. Further, officers determined the suspect had an outstanding Warrant out of Tukwila PD for Theft. That suspect was booked into jail. The other suspect was contacted in a vehicle and was found to have failed to Lawfully Transfer Title after purchase. He was advised he would be summoned in the mail with a court date and released at the scene. |
