 NARRATIVE

Officers responded to an assault with a firearm and discovered that the suspect had fled the residence in a vehicle before police arrived. Officers determined that while the suspect argued with his on-again-off-again girlfriend, he pulled a handgun out of his waistband, pointed it at her, and threatened to shoot her.  Following an extensive area check, officers couldn’t locate the suspect’s vehicle. The suspect was not located at multiple addresses he was associated with, and the victim provided a written statement, was given DV resources, and was encouraged to leave for the evening. Officers increased patrols near the victim’s residence, and filed a felony case with the prosecutor.

Police responded to a domestic disturbance in progress and determined that an intoxicated suspect had broken her roommate’s property while arguing about cats. The victim stated that she wished to pursue charges against the suspect. Probable cause was established, and the suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

The suspect entered the victim’s possibly unlocked vehicle overnight and stole $2,000 worth of camera gear. The victim located the equipment on Facebook Marketplace and Offer Up. Detectives are investigating.

 NARRATIVE

A subject was identified as being involved in a theft incident at the location. The subject was associated with four other subjects, all involved in a recent theft incident in Seattle in which they threatened to harm the sales associates. Officers attempted to contact the subjects during the theft incident, but they fled at a high rate of speed.  Officers did not pursue. The investigation is ongoing.

A subject was identified as being involved in a theft incident and was listed as having a DOC Escape warrant. Officers located the subject after she fled from loss prevention officers. The suspect’s DOC warrant was confirmed, and the she was arrested and booked into jail.

The victim called 911 and reported two unknown subjects in his vacant home. The victim told officers when he arrived at his home, he encountered two subjects running out. He reported that the two subjects got into an unknown red vehicle. Officers searched the area but couldn’t locate the suspects.

The victim and her husband were walking downtown when the suspect approached them and struck her in the head with a frying pan.  The attack appears to be unprovoked and random.  The suspect was located nearby and arrested for Assault 2.  She was booked into jail.

A suspect, on an active trespass, stole $1100 worth of merchandise from the store. The suspect fled on foot and was contacted at NE 4th and Bellevue Way.  He was found to have several warrants, including a felony DOC Escape for DV Order Violation.  He was arrested for Theft/ Trespass 1 / Warrant. The stolen property was recovered, and he was booked into jail.

The victim called 911 and reported that his vehicle was broken into. The officer searched the area for video surveillance and other evidence.

An unknown male suspect approached the bank teller and demanded money while stating he had a gun.  The suspect got into a vehicle with a female driver and fled the area. (This suspect was arrested October 30th.)

 NARRATIVE

The reporting party called 911 to report that her vehicle was impounded to the tow yard after it broke down. She advised the officer that when she picked it up, she discovered that her vehicle was damaged, and jewelry was taken from it. The tow yard staff displayed a photo of the vehicle that the tow truck driver took prior to impounding the vehicle. The photos showed the same damage the reporting party was reporting. The officer also looked for signs of breaking into the vehicle but didn’t locate any. The investigation into this matter is ongoing.

While Officers were investigating a collision at 300 116 Ave NE, the suspect and motorcycle passed by two times.  The vehicle was later seen at the above location and found to be stolen. Officers recovered the vehicle and continue to investigate.

Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle with no plates, an unreadable temporary tag, and traffic violations.  Upon the stop, officers determined the driver was not in compliance with an Ignition Interlock Device.  He was issued a summons for the violation.

Officers contacted the suspect for investigation of a warrant. Officers determined that the suspect had (3) felony warrants out of various agencies ranging from Assault DV to Theft and (3) misdemeanor warrants out of various agencies for the same crimes. Issaquah PD confirmed their warrant. After several minutes of negotiation, the suspect agreed to exit the vehicle and was taken into custody without incident. He was transferred into the custody of Issaquah PD.

Police contacted the suspect for multiple traffic violations and observed that the driver was exhibiting the effects of impairment due to alcohol and drug consumption. Following a DUI investigation, probable cause was established, and the suspect was arrested. The suspect and vehicle were released to a sober family member. The suspect was advised she would be summoned in the mail with a court date.

Police responded to a call of a possible sex offense. When they arrived, they contacted the security officer who was with (2) female residents. The security officer had observed the suspect outside and went to confront him. He observed that the suspect was masturbating while looking at female residents. The suspect fled the area after that. The female residents stated she saw or observed the suspect’s actions. The security officer refused to be a victim. The suspect could not be located. An informational report was taken.

A K9 officer and his partner were requested by Kirkland Police Department in reference to an outstanding Assault DV suspect. K91 arrived on scene and conducted an extensive track to the parking lot of Tech City Bowl, where Officer Walter lost the scent. KPD was very grateful for K91’s assist.

Police responded to a domestic disturbance in progress. Arriving officers located the victim and confirmed that she had been violently assaulted by her boyfriend during an argument. Officers determined that the victim’s property was damaged by the suspect during their struggle within a vehicle.  Probable cause was established, but the suspect could not be located.  The suspect will be summoned in the mail with a court date.
