Officers did not pursue, and the male subject got away. The female was booked into jail for Theft 2. The investigation is ongoing for the male. |

A security company reported a theft of tires from a car dealership and provided the suspect’s license plate and vehicle description. The reporting party stated the suspect was installing the tires on his vehicle in the parking lot across the street. Officers contacted the driver with emergency lights active. The suspect attempted to drive away going forward and backward, but the vehicle jack prevented the vehicle from moving more than two feet in either direction. After the suspect was arrested, a search produced a stolen handgun on his person. The suspect was booked on seven felony warrants with bail set in the amount of $420,000. |

The subject immediately eluded and drove between vehicles, colliding with four, then fleeing S/B on 405. The subject had eluded Kirkland PD the day before. |

Officers responded to a 911 hang-up call in which someone stated, ” YOU BETTER RUN, I HAVE A GUN AND I’M GONNA SHOOT YOU.” The phone was hitting at the address above and belonged to a subject who was classified as a potential armed career criminal. Officers approached the house and were met by the subject, who was verbally hostile and told officers to get off his property. The subject did state he had infrared cameras on his property. Officers retreated and contacted nearby residences to see if anyone reported hearing any gunshots. No gunshots were reported in the area, and no victims could be found. |
