NARRATIVE
Officers responded to an alarm and saw two suspects who had been hiding, flee the construction site. The lock to the fence had been cut with a bandsaw and copper wire was in the process of being staged for theft. One suspect was caught by officers. The second suspect fled into the woods and was eventually tracked by K9 through several streams, a tunnel, and multiple fences. Both suspects were booked into jail. |

NARRATIVE
Officers were doing an area check for a possible stolen vehicle near 148th Ave/NE 8th St. An officer located the vehicle that was stopped at a nearby business. During the investigation, a driver and occupant returned to the vehicle. Officers contacted both subjects and detained them without incident. Probable cause was established for the driver, and he was arrested for Possession Stolen Vehicle. The passenger had a felony warrant that was confirmed. Both subjects were booked into jail. The vehicle was returned to the registered owner. |

The wife called to report her husband would not leave and no longer lived at the residence. Sometime during the dispute, the wife struck the husband, resulting in visible injuries. There were allegations that a firearm was displayed by the wife, and she turned over a realistic bb gun. She was arrested and booked into jail. |

Officers responded to a robbery in progress and the victims said a suspect pointed a gun at employees and demanded cash. The suspect wore a ski mask, so his description was difficult to determine. The victims emptied multiple tills, followed by the suspect leaving in a white-colored car. There were no injuries. The investigation is ongoing. |

An officer responded to a subject who was trespassing according to the notice he was served on 12-24-21. On the date noted, the subject used multiple women’s restrooms making women uncomfortable. The subject also eluded security on 12-27-21. Based on these details, he was arrested and booked into jail. |

The suspect had shoplifted from the store, but the store did not want to press charges. The suspect was trespassed from the mall and agreed to leave but then decided he needed to go to another store first. The suspect was arrested for violating the trespass notice he was just issued. The suspect had $15k in warrants from surrounding agencies to include Everett PD, which confirmed some of the warrants. The suspect was arrested and turned over to Everett PD without incident. He was issued a summons for trespassing. |

The victim called 911 stating two males had just entered her home while she was out of the area. Officers arrived and established a perimeter. A K9 unit responded to assist with clearing the interior of the home. No suspects were found in the home. The front door had been forced open and the home had been ransacked. This is the second time this home has been hit in the last couple of days. |
