Next Tuesday, August 1st from Noon until 5:00 p.m., the Bellevue Police Department invites all members of the community to attend the annual “National Night Out” event in Crossroads. The event will be held in conjunction with the Crossroads Farmers Market in the east parking lot of Crossroads mall, and is an opportunity for community members to learn about ways to organize and fight crime. Come learn about how to generate support for local anti-crime efforts, strengthen neighborhood spirit and cooperation, and meet members of the Bellevue Police and Fire departments. There will be activities for kids, and Bellevue Police Volunteers will be on hand to complete free Child ID kits.
