NARRATIVE
Both suspects stole items from a store and assaulted a Loss Prevention Officer as they attempted to flee. Both subjects then fled on foot and a foot pursuit ensued with Security. Both subjects jumped off of the 2nd level of the parking garage to the ground below, then fled into the Downtown Park. Ofc. Bradley and his K-9 partner Ozzy arrived on scene to track into the park. One suspect then jumped into a waiting car and fled, hitting a vehicle in the parking garage, then fleeing at a high rate of speed on S/B Bellevue Way NE. Suspect lost control of his speeding vehicle and slammed into a stopped vehicle on NE 4 ST, then attempted to flee again. The suspect stopped and was taken into custody by Officers. Additional Officers entered a nearby grocery store and located the female suspect hiding in the women’s bathroom in a stall with a second unrelated female who had a felony arrest warrant. The suspect’s vehicle was impounded for a search warrant. Both suspects were booked into jail on numerous charges. |

Victim female was wearing a pendant. Suspect approached the female in the parking lot to the complex and asked for directions. When the victim turned, the suspect grabbed onto her necklace and ripped the pendant off her neck. The suspect then fled on foot. Detectives investigating. |

A group of juvenile suspects assaulted the victim and the victim ran to a nearby store. The suspects then broke out the window of the store, then entered the store. The victim hid behind the register as the suspects tried to attack him. Owner of the store wished to pursue charges for Malicious Mischief. Detectives following up. |

The security guard at the apartments called to report that a group of males were threatening to throw rocks at him. The group ran away. A few moments later a victim called 911 to report her window had been broken. Four suspects were detained and identified by Officers. |

Numerous callers reported an intoxicated male in the road by Sunset Elementary screaming at cars and pointing his hand like a gun stating he was going to kill them. Officers located suspect. NARRATIVE
Vehicle was traveling eastbound on Forest Drive at a high rate of speed. The vehicle veered off the roadway onto the left shoulder and hit a berm. The vehicle then launched in the air approximately 20 feet, struck numerous trees, spun around and came to rest facing westbound. A nearby Officer heard the crash and responded. Officer found a female lying unconscious in the driver’s seat and observed the vehicle catching fire. Officer extinguished the fire and administered aid to the driver. Driver was transported to the hospital with serious injuries. Drugs or alcohol are suspected to be a factor in the crash. |
