Bar Security called 911 because an intoxicated patron who was bothering customers would not leave. Subject refused to leave after repeated requests by Officers and was arrested for Trespassing.

Officer contacted three juveniles in a vehicle and immediately smelled a strong odor of marijuana and observed a very large amount of suspected marijuana.  All three under-aged adult subjects were arrested. Charges forwarded to juvenile prosecutor.

Male subject came to the Office and started shouting and yelling at people standing in line. Subject left in a vehicle before Officers arrived. No direct threats to any bystanders.

Victim was in cardiac arrest. Officers and Fire arrived on scene and were able to get a pulse. Patient was transported to hospital.

Officer contacted suspect outside Starbucks after security reported he had stolen beer from a store. Suspect had an expired trespass for the mall. Officer issued a new trespass and suspect left the area.

Female subject was loudly expressing her hate for her mother on the sidewalk while walking to the bus stop with her boyfriend. Officer contacted them both and was told female was just expressing her hate for her mother.

 NARRATIVE

Officer was dispatched to a fire assist for a cardiac arrest.  Officer arrived and attached a AED to the 45-year-old patient, but no shock was advised.  He checked for a pulse and found none.  Officer performed CPR on the patient until the Fire Department arrived, who continued CPR and breathing for the victim.  The victim was ultimately transported to the hospital where she survived and was admitted.

 NARRATIVE

Officer observed a driver fail to signal at NE 14th ST / 140th PL SE, and conducted a traffic stop.  The suspect initially stopped but then fled from the traffic stop before he could be identified.  He eluded the bike officers and then dumped his vehicle. The suspect fled on foot, but was captured by a motor Officer.  The suspect had a no bail felony escape warrant from DOC and was booked into jail.

The suspect was arrested for DV assault 4th degree and interfering with the reporting of DV after he assaulted the mother of his child during an argument, and grabbed her phone when she attempted to call 911.  Subject booked into jail.

Officer conducted a welfare check for a sunburnt male lying across the sidewalk. Officer located the subject and discovered a felony arrest warrant for Burglary.  Subject was arrested and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

Subject was upset his female friend was on a date with another man.  He is seen on video blocking her path to leave and continued to attempt to talk to her.  The other man was standing patiently for subject to finish his conversation with her. Completely unprovoked, the suspect turned and assaulted the other man.  Suspect left the scene, was located a short time later. He was positively identified and released to be summoned at a later time.

Subject was contacted by bike officers for not wearing a bike helmet and crossing the crosswalk against the light.  Subject refused to provide ID or his information.  He then told officers that his name was “Ace”.  Suspect was eventually arrested for failure to give information.  He was then transported to BPD, fingerprinted, photographed and released.

Ofc. spotted female subject sitting on a park bench with male subject. Due previous contact the Officer knew there was a protection order against the female subject.  Officers contacted female and she became upset and angry. Female suspect was arrested for the order violation.

Loss prevention reported a theft involving 3 subjects.  They lost sight of 2 subjects, however, noticed the third subject walking down Bellevue Way towards downtown park. The subject was detained and Officers placed him under arrest. Subject was concealing a pair of Nike shoes in the pant legs of his jeans and had a warrant for theft out of Pierce County.  Subject was booked into jail.

Store manager requested a trespass for the subject sleeping in a chair.  Officer contacted the subject and discovered a $5,000 theft 3 warrant. Subject was booked into jail on the warrant and trespassed.

Loss prevention detained a subject for theft. Upon further investigation, subject had been arrested by Seattle PD earlier in the day for theft from Macy’s downtown, Bellevue Square Macy’s had video of her shoplifting on 10/2, and Tukwila Macy’s had evidence of her shoplifting last week.  Subject was taken to jail to be booked on felony theft for committing theft in 3 or more establishments in 180 days.

Downtown unit Officers observed a suspect vehicle from previous burglary in downtown Bellevue.  Suspect was in possession of suspected heroin and burglary tools.  Suspect arrested and vehicle was impounded back to the station for application of search warrant.

Subject was causing a disturbance at and was asked to leave. Officers contacted Subject on the sidewalk. Subject is very animated and loud however he fully cooperated with officers.

Library staff requested a welfare check in the women’s restroom of the Downtown Library. Officers arrived and located a used syringe on the floor in the bathroom stall the subject had come out of. Subject was disoriented. Suspected methamphetamine and paraphernalia was found in her possession. Subject also had a $5,000 theft warrant out of Woodinville.  Subject was arrested and transported to Woodinville PD.

83-year-old subject had a cardiac arrest in the parking lot of the restaurant while driving. The vehicle rolled into the side of the restaurant causing minor damage to the newspaper stand. Fire arrived and began life saving measures. Fire transported the subject to the Hospital.

Victim was leaving a bar after drinking with two subjects he had never met before. They were walking on the sidewalk together when one of them suddenly punched victim multiple times.  Officers were unable to locate the suspects.

Caller reported a vehicle driving recklessly and that it was parked near the above intersection. Officer contacted the subject in the driver seat. Subject was under the influence of heroin and the officer noticed drug paraphernalia in the car. Subject arrested for paraphernalia and a search netted suspected heroin and a loaded syringe.
