Subject was sleeping in his vehicle next to a construction site off of Lake Washington Blvd. Herr was walking around the site and hindering the equipment after he had been told to leave by police and asked to leave multiple times by the workers. Subject was running around in the road waving down vehicles asking for help to get to the hospital because he believed he had ingested marijuana that was laced with something. It was determined that the subject was also involved in a hit and run crash earlier that day. Subject was transported to the hospital and interviewed. |

Kirkland Police were investigating an order violation between the suspect and the victim. During the investigation the victim informed the officers she had been assaulted the night prior in Bellevue by the suspect. Suspect vehicle ran from State Patrol after blowing through a 4 way stop. A short pursuit was initiated by WSP and terminated shortly after. The vehicle was located and the suspect ran on foot from a trooper, who requested assistance from Bellevue Police. A perimeter was established and a King County Sheriff’s K-9 unit responded. It was learned that the suspect vehicle was reported stolen. The very cold suspect was later located by the K-9 unit hiding under a trailer. |

Officers responded for a report of a reckless driver in the parking lot. Upon running a check of the vehicle license, it was discovered that the registered owner had a suspended license and an arrest warrant. Officers responded for a report of a subject yelling and possibly using drugs. Subject was contacted and gave a fake name to the officers. The subject left but Officers later learned that the subject had an alias with a felony warrant. Officers located and detained the subject, and confirmed his real identity. Subject was arrested on his warrants. A search located various cards in other people’s names, suspected heroin, meth and possible fentanyl. Suspect was booked into jail. |

A 17-year-old male juvenile was under influence of alcohol and lost in Newport Shores. Subject was gone for several hours. The subject was located by Officers in a backyard using the “find my iPhone” app, with permission of the subject’s parents. Subject was suffering from severe hypothermia and was transported via medics to the hospital for treatment. |
