Suspect was kicked out of the restaurant last night for being intoxicated. He returned today still intoxicated and was refused service. Police arrived and formally trespassed the suspect.

Subject entered the nail salon and demanded they give him money. The owner said refused. Subject said he wanted his nails done and refused to leave. Police arrived and convinced the subject to leave.

Officer saw the suspect through the window of an apartment and knew he had a warrant out for Assault. Officers were able to set up a perimeter around the apartment just in time for the suspect and his girlfriend to exit. Officers took suspect into custody without incident.

Female called 911 reporting that she stayed the night with male suspect and he stole her cell phone and cash then left the hotel. Victim had a felony warrant for Theft 2. Caller was arrested on her warrant and booked. Male suspect was not located.

Suspicious Circumstance

It was reported there was a male subject wearing camo clothing, a mask and had swords strapped to his back. Subject stated he was a “Camouflage Ninja.”  Officers arrived and determined the male was wearing a costume and the swords were toys.  The male got on a bus and there was no reason to detain him.

The victim’s vehicle was stolen from his place of work sometime during the morning hours.  The victim had left his keys to his personal vehicle in an unsecured work van, which had been prowled.

Assault 2

11400 blk Main St

Suspect arrived at victim’s hotel to engage in an act of prostitution. Partway through the transaction the victim told the suspect to leave.  The suspect attempted to obtain a refund.  After being refused the refund the suspect assaulted the victim then fled the scene. Suspect was later captured in the parking lot by responding K9 officers.

Officer stopped a car without working headlights.  A check of the license plate revealed that it was reported as stolen. The driver and passenger were detained.   A check of the vehicle VIN revealed that it was in fact a stolen vehicle which was taken during a residential burglary in Redmond.

Assault 3

Officer contacted the male suspect for jaywalking.  The male began yelling and cursing.  The suspect dropped his bags and made threatening gestures towards the Officer.  The suspect then picked up his bag and began to walk away.  Officer attempted to detain the subject.  The male assaulted the Officer.  Two city of Bellevue signal workers observed this and ran over to assist the Officer.  More Officers arrived and the suspect was tased and taken into custody.

Victim stated while walking with friends the subject tried to take a box of pizza away from him and then assaulted him. Victim stated when he attempted to call 911 a second male tried to take his phone. Approximately one hour later a disturbance was dispatched in the 1000 block of Northup Way. When Officer arrived he saw the suspect from the previous incident sitting on the hood of a car.  Subject ran into an apartment.  Officers went inside with consent from the Suspect’s father and took him into custody for Robbery.

Officer responded to a theft of 3 bottles of vodka. Suspects left on a metro bus. Officer contacted a male at the bus stop.  Officer then advised he was in a foot pursuit with a second subject who was later located and arrested. Both subjects were taken to station for booking.  Store clerk called police again, stating he found a gun clip with bullets in the parking lot where the foot pursuit had occurred. Officer responded and took the gun as evidence to have DNA and fingerprints processed at the Bellevue Police forensics lab.

Suspect entered the victims’ garage while victims were asleep. Suspect entered the house and took the victim’s purse and multiple sets of car keys. Suspect left in the victims’ 2017 white BMW X3.

Weapons Complaint

Suspect was parked in the parking lot and got into a verbal argument over parking with the victim.  During the argument the suspect made threats to shoot the victim and then ran to his vehicle, opened the door, and looked as if he was retrieving something from inside.  The victim believed that the suspect was possibly retrieving a gun.  The suspect then exited the vehicle and acted as though he had a gun underneath his coat and was walking towards the victim.  Believing he was about to be shot, the victim ran to a nearby store for help.  The suspect entered his vehicle and drove away, but not before yelling a racist comment.  Suspect located and booked into jail for Malicious Harassment.

Two female suspects attempted to use altered credit cards to purchase items. Officers detained and arrested both suspects.

Area Check

Eastgate Park and Ride

Approximately 300-400 street racers took over the Park and Ride.  They were driving recklessly and causing a disturbance.  Once they were pushed out, they relocated to Newport High School and were again asked to leave.

Adult brothers were involved in a physical fight that started in the hotel drive and migrated to the lower parking level where they were contacted by police.   Officers determined who the primary aggressor was and he was arrested for DV assault.

Suspect entered victim’s garage through a window and stole the victim’s vehicle. Suspect left behind a stolen vehicle, a Chevy truck.

Suspect broke through a ground level glass window and entered the library. Officers quickly set up an exterior perimeter and waited for Seattle K9 to arrive. As the K-9 was announcing his presence outside the building, the suspect exited the same window he broke to get in. Suspect was taken into custody and booked into jail.

Suspect refused to leave the coffee shop. Officers arrived and determined he had warrants out of Seattle PD. Suspect was arrested and booked into jail on his warrants.

Suspect entered the store and helped himself to some food and cigarettes. He threw ice cream at the owner and then went into the office. Officers arrived and the suspect was arrested for Theft and booked into jail.

Suspect was previously trespassed from the property last week for exposing himself to an employee. Today he was seen on the property walking through the parking garage. Suspect was contacted and arrested for trespass.

Disturbance

Officers were dispatched to a disturbance at the mall. Dispatch advised the suspect had backed her car into the caller’s vehicle. The 84-year-old suspect then began yelling and pushing the caller. Suspect’s license was suspended (for refusing a driver reevaluation). The vehicle was impounded for the suspended license and the suspect was issued a summons and driven home.

Security reported drug activity in a vehicle.  Officers arrived on scene and contacted the male driver. He was moving around in the vehicle and not responding to officers commands when asked to exit the vehicle.  As officers attempted to detain subject he resisted, he was taken into custody and booked into jail. The vehicle was impounded for a search warrant. No injuries to officers.

Intoxicated male was causing issues at a condo complex and later at the mall.  He was issued a trespass notice earlier in the day.  Later he returned and was arrested for trespassing and booked into jail.

A bicycle Officer was on proactive patrol in the area when she came across the three subjects sitting in a car.  The contact led to Officers finding suspected methamphetamine, cocaine, heroin, a digital scale and paraphernalia.

Possess Burglary Tools

Officers contacted subjects sleeping in a truck.  Both were sleeping while parked in the QFC parking lot.  Officer detained the male for possession of drug paraphernalia and when he got out of the car she saw lock picking tools on the floorboard of the truck.  The male was arrested for possession of burglary Tools. The truck was towed to the station pending a search warrant.

Suspect was arrested at the DT Library for Bellevue Warrants after staff called 911 stating they wanted him removed for being intoxicated.

Victim said suspect assaulted her last night. Suspect also made threats to the victim and her son. Suspect left the area before police arrived. Officers contacted suspect by phone.  Suspect was located in Snohomish County. Suspect was arrested and booked.

Suspect assaulted his mother when she refused to give him money for drugs. Suspect left in a vehicle and was quickly located by Officers a few blocks away. Suspect was taken into custody for DV Assault and Obstruction.

Officer responded regarding a possible theft/shoplift complaint. Officer arrived located the suspect vehicle, which he stopped in the parking lot.  Subsequent investigation revealed two occupants of the vehicle had outstanding arrest warrants. Both were arrested and booked.

The victim was robbed of his wallet at knifepoint in the parking lot. The suspect fled on foot. The victim was not injured. A K-9 was unable to locate the suspect.
