Officer conducted a traffic stop, driver had a suspended license.  Upon having the driver exit the vehicle, a baggie of suspected drugs was tossed onto the ground by the suspect.  Suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

A four vehicle collision occurred at the intersection of Factoria Blvd / SE 38th St and the driver of one vehicle fled on foot.  One vehicle was overturned.   A motorcycle Officer located and apprehended the suspect at the 13100 block of SE 36th St.  Suspect had prior DUI arrests with Ignition Interlock Device required.  Suspect was booked for DUI / Hit and Run.

Subjects were contacted in the park after dark preparing to smoke marijuana in a public place.  Subjects were warned and instructed to leave the area.  The driver promptly put his vehicle in reverse and backed into the marked patrol unit causing damage.  A crash report was taken, there was no officer injury and driver was not DUI.

Suspect backed into victim vehicle and fled the scene.   Officer located the suspect vehicle and contacted the driver.  The driver was positively identified by the victim and a DUI investigation was initiated based on an odor of intoxicants.  The suspect was arrested for DUI.

Subject’s wife stated the subject left for an eye appointment at approximately 1330 hours. He did not return home and she said this was unusual.  The subject is 87 years old and partially blind. Subject returned home around 2000 hours and stated he was lost.  Missing person report was canceled as was the Silver Alert.

Officer noticed a suspicious vehicle. He ran the plate and the vehicle came back stolen. He believed the vehicle was still occupied, heard rustling in the bushes and a resident reported seeing a subject running in his backyard. A perimeter was set up and a K-9 Sgt. located one suspect. Two other Officers located a second and third suspect.

The victims awoke to sounds and lights coming from their kitchen.  Victims confronted two unknown men rummaging through their kitchen.  The suspects fled the scene and left the area in a vehicle.  The suspects were not located.

Unknown suspects entered the residence via an unlocked front door. Suspect stole a laptop and car keys from within the home.  Suspects then stole two vehicles from the driveway using the stolen keys. This burglary was approximately 3/4 mile from the previous burglary, unknown if they are related.

Suspect is allegedly part of a fraud ring where they open bank accounts with fraudulent checks and then immediately go to another bank and take the cash out. Suspect was attempting to cash a fraudulent check. Officers located numerous ID’s, checks and fake passports on him. He also had outstanding arrest warrants. Suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

Suspects were seen in a vehicle in the parking garage using narcotics. Officers detained both individuals on numerous warrants. Officers recovered suspected heroin. The vehicle was towed to the police station pending a search warrant. Both suspects were booked on their warrants.

 NARRATIVE

WSP was in pursuit of a stolen vehicle south on I-405 to NE 8th Street. The vehicle was then reported to NORCOM as being involved in 2 hit and run collisions. Another 911 caller stated a vehicle was stopped blocking traffic and 2 occupants ran from the vehicle. An Officer located the vehicle and contacted the witness.  WSP responded. The vehicle was used in a Burglary earlier this morning in Bellevue.  Vehicle impounded and detectives investigating.

Officer contacted a vehicle due to an expired temporary tag. He noticed a male lying down in the rear passenger seat with marijuana, a glass smoking pipe and tin foil. Once identified, the Officer learned that he had a Theft warrant out of Puyallup. Subject was booked into jail.

Security reported a subject was passed out in restroom not responding. When officers arrived the subject was asleep on the restroom floor. Subject was woken up and issued a trespass notice. Five minutes later, subject returned to the property and security followed him out onto Bellevue Way where he was taken into custody at Bell Way and NE 8th. Subject was booked into jail.

Victim called to report that about an hour earlier he heard noise in garage and house and thought it was his son coming home. The victim later received fraud notifications on his phone from his credit card company, and realized that it was not his son who had been in the house.  Unknown suspect had entered house and stole a purse. Victim’s credit cards had been since been used. No suspect info at this time.
