Suspect has been texting victim nonstop and showed up to her home and place of business several times. A report for cyberstalking was taken and sent to the prosecutor’s office for review. Suspect was issued a trespass notice for the victim’s business.

Weapons Complaint

15400 blk SE 8th St

Caller said he saw several males pointing a rifle at traffic on Lake Hills BLVD. Officers were quickly able to determine the weapon was an airsoft gun the juveniles operating it were pointing it at targets on a Gazebo in the backyard that faced Lake Hills BLVD. The father of the juvenile who owned the airsoft gun told officers to take the gun. No charges were filed, airsoft gun taken at the request of the father and booked for safekeeping.

Suspect assaulted the victim. Victim fled to her apartment. Suspect followed her there and kicked in the door. Suspect assaulted the victim a second time. Suspect was arrested for DV assault and booked into jail.

The subject was with five other individuals drinking at the Crossroads Park covered area, one of which was the suspect from the above shoplift call downtown. Officer contacted the subjects and arrested one who had a DV assault warrant out of Kirkland.

Criminal Trespass

A homeless subject went to the car dealership requesting to be arrested on a non-existent warrant, then claimed he’d been assaulted.  The subject was issued a written of notice of trespass for the dealership, then refused to leave.  He was arrested and booked into jail for criminal trespass.

Officer observed the above suspect driving with a suspended license. Subject also had a warrant from Bellevue PD for driving while suspended.  Suspect refused to cooperate with Officer during the arrest a minor amount of force was used to take her into custody.  Suspect booked into jail for driving while suspended, the misdemeanor arrest warrant, and resisting arrest.

Victim said he was kicked by the suspect after he asked for a lighter. A verbal altercation occurred and police responded. Victim said he did not want to do anything about the incident. Officers documented the disturbance.

The suspect entered a store and concealed three bottles of liquor in his duffle bag.  He immediately went to the bathroom in the back of the store where he was later contacted by bike officers.  The suspect was detained, and it was determined that he had an outstanding warrant for his arrest.  He was also charged with theft 3rd degree.

Officer contacted a vehicle. The Officer conducted a records check and discovered that the subject had a warrant out of North Bend for a protection order violation.  Subject was taken into custody and booked into jail on her warrant. Additional charges will be forwarded to prosecutor.

Traffic Stop

Officer noticed a suspicious vehicle located at the apartments. When he attempted to stop the vehicle, the vehicle accelerated and then immediately stopped.  The vehicle began to roll back towards the Officer’s patrol car.  It stopped before striking the patrol car and the driver jumped out of the vehicle while yelling. All 3 individuals were extremely intoxicated.  The driver was arrested for DUI and the other two were driven home and citied for MIP. The driver was booked into jail.

Bank Robbery

Suspect entered the bank and passed a note to the teller.  Teller gave him money and the suspect left the bank on foot.  Officers arrived and secured the bank, while additional officers searched the area.  Suspect then got into a cab and left the area.  Approximately 30 minutes after the robbery, an undercover Officer located the suspect on foot in Seattle.  A positive ID was made.  Suspect was wanted for several other bank robberies in the area.

The three students got into a fight at school and one suspect left. The suspect ran from officers, but was corralled a short distance later in the front yard of a house where he was arrested.

Suspect assaulted his father. Suspect ran from the location but was quickly located a few blocks away. Suspect was arrested without incident and booked into jail.

Loss prevention reported a subject committing a theft. Officer located the vehicle and made a traffic stop.  The stolen items were located in the vehicle. The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

Bicycle Officers contacted a subject for a traffic infraction.  A warrant check revealed that he had an outstanding misdemeanor warrant through Kent P.D.  During a search, the suspect was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia, suspected methamphetamine and possible burglary tools.

A mother and two children were struck by a vehicle while crossing the parking lot of the Factoria Mall in front of Panda Express.  The victims were transported to the hospital with minor injuries. Suspect vehicle left the scene, investigation is ongoing.

The 81 year-old victim created a profile for several dating websites. The victim was contacted by a person posing as a female stating she needed money for rent and costs associated with shipping items from Dubai. The victim send a large sum via wire transfers to several individuals around the U.S..

Victim reported she was assaulted by her ex-fiancée.  The suspect was later arrested at his workplace and booked into jail.

Officers were dispatched to check an a business that appeared to have been burglarized. Officers arrived on scene and a suspect was located inside the area. The suspect fled the scene and was quickly apprehended by officers on the scene.

Officers responded to a possible burglary w/ a suspect inside. The suspect was located in an electrical room after he had forced entry to gain access. The suspect also had suspected drugs in his possession. The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

Suspect punched the victim in the face for no apparent reason while at the transit center.  Officer arrived and located the suspect who refused to cooperate.  After a brief struggle with the suspect he was taken into custody.  Suspect also had DOC Felony Escape Warrant.  Suspect was booked into jail.

Loss prevention observed the above suspect conceal a pocket knife and walk out of the store. Suspect was arrested and taken to jail.

The victim stated he was walking home on Highland Dr when a suspicious vehicle appeared to be following him. The victim ran towards Somerset Elementary. He said two males exited the vehicle and chased him to the school where they beat him up and stole his backpack. Victim said he had never seen the suspects before.
