DV assault

Suspect got into an argument with his girlfriend and when his mother tried to intervene he assaulted her.  The suspect then began throwing items in the house and breaking them.  The suspect fled prior to officers arriving, however he returned to the residence about an hour later.  When Officers knocked on the front door the suspect fled out the back and was quickly apprehended by K-9 Officer “Ghost.”  Suspect was booked into jail.

Assault

Victim called 911 to report that a female customer became angry and cursed and yelled as she was leaving the store.  The victim followed the suspect towards the front doors in an attempt to lock them after she left and the female spit in the face of the employee.  The victim pushed the suspect out of the store and called 911.  Suspect was not located.

Caller reported a male enter his home that was under construction.  Officers arrived and set up a perimeter around the home and a K-9 unit located a suspect in the home.  He was arrested and booked into jail for burglary.

Malicious Mischief

Victim reported the suspect banging on the victim’s car, yelling and causing a disturbance.  Officer arrived and the suspect took off running.  He gave up a short time later.  Victim’s phone was broken and she had damage to her car.  Victim and suspect were boyfriend/girlfriend. Suspect was arrested and booked into jail for domestic violence malicious mischief.

Suspicious Circumstance

Caller reported two suspicious individuals at the shopping center.  One had a gun in a holster in an open carry manner.  Second subject had a bulletproof vest on under his jacket.  Both were contacted by Officers.  No crime was committed.

Theft

2000 blk 148th Ave. NE

Subject stole 2 pair of shoes from the store.  When Loss Prevention attempted to contact the subject he dropped his backpack and ran.  The subject returned after thinking he left his wallet in the backpack.  Subject was cooperated with Loss Prevention.  A previous trespass notice was discovered. The suspect was arrested and booked.

Suspicious Package

10800 blk NE 6th St.

Report of a suspicious package by the newspapers stands on the north side of the Downtown Transit Center.  Suspicious package located by officers.  Bellevue PD Bomb Disposal Unit responded.  Transit Center closed while package examined.  Package found to be no threat and was submitted as evidence.

Subject was suspected of theft of alcohol.  Officers contacted him in the parking lot in a vehicle.  Manager requested the subject be trespassed.  Subject found to have a Bellevue PD warrant.  Suspect was arrested and booked.

Suspect refused to leave business.  Officers issued a Trespass Notice.  Suspect still refused to leave and attempted to hit an officer.  Suspect was arrested and booked for Trespass 1 and Resisting Arrest.

Victim took suspect’s XBox from him. Suspect then broke the victim’s vacuum cleaner.  Suspect was arrested and booked.

Suspect got heavily intoxicated and began to assault his father in law and two guests at the address.  Subject had to be held down until police arrived.  Suspect was taken to the hospital for medical clearance before being booked into jail.

Officers responded to the residence in response to a mother reporting her juvenile daughter had stolen her vehicle the day prior and had been involved in a minor collision.  The mother wished to report the incident and wanted police assistance.  The daughter was taken to BPD booking and processed and subsequently released back to her mother.

Subject broke a TV screen in the atrium after being kicked out of the bar. Suspect was arrested and booked.

Subject was trespassed from the property last week and returned tonight.  He was contacted inside the Hotel and taken into custody.

Suspect shoved victim into a wall causing a slight injury to her knee.  Suspect fled the scene in a vehicle and refused to come back.  Charges filed via summons.
