NARRATIVE
Approximately 40 unpermitted protesters blocked the entry door to the PSE building protesting a natural gas facility built by PSE in Tacoma on Tribal Land. The protesters brought in a large barricade with a “Sleeping Dragon” device to deter a physical arrest by the Bellevue Police. An order to disperse was announced and the protestors said they would peacefully leave by noon. At 1100hrs, the protestors left peacefully without incident. |

A male and female entered the dressing room of the women’s lingerie store. A short time later, the male ran from the dressing room being chased by the female. The male was able to get free of the female and ran off. The female was located in a nearby bathroom, highly intoxicated, vomiting and unable to care for herself. The female was transported to the hospital, male was not located. |

Victim/wife took her kids to her mother-in-law’s house. An argument ensued between victim and mother-in-law. Mother-in-law called the suspect, who is the Respondent in a protection order with victim as the protected party, and asked him to come over to the house to help calm victim down and get her to leave. Suspect came over to the house knowing the protected party was there. Suspect was arrested for order violation mandatory arrest and booked into jail. |

Subject’s parents called 911 to report their 16-year old daughter had been raped at the Eastgate Park & Ride a week ago. The juvenile admitted to the responding officer that she had made the story up and lied to her parents because she thinks she might possibly be pregnant from consensual sex with her boyfriend, and she was scared to tell her parents. Advice/resources were discussed. Info only report, no crime. |

Suspect and Victim were involved in a domestic violence in a vehicle. A passing motorist called 911 when they saw the victim fall out of the moving vehicle. Medina and Clyde Hill Officers located the vehicle near 84th Ave Ne/SR520. Bellevue Units responded due to the incident occurring in Bellevue, and the suspect was arrested for assault. |
