 NARRATIVE

Approximately 40 unpermitted protesters blocked the entry door to the PSE building protesting a natural gas facility built by PSE in Tacoma on Tribal Land.  The protesters brought in a large barricade with a “Sleeping Dragon” device to deter a physical arrest by the Bellevue Police.  An order to disperse was announced and the protestors said they would peacefully leave by noon.  At 1100hrs, the protestors left peacefully without incident.

 NARRATIVE

A male and female entered the dressing room of the women’s lingerie store. A short time later, the male ran from the dressing room being chased by the female. The male was able to get free of the female and ran off. The female was located in a nearby bathroom, highly intoxicated, vomiting and unable to care for herself. The female was transported to the hospital, male was not located.

WSP contacted a female whom was speeding. Female stated she had just been assaulted by the subject in Bellevue. Suspect was contacted at his residence and taken into custody without incident.  Subject was booked into jail.

Suspect threatened to kill one of the employees of the apartment complex. He then attempted to assault the employee. Suspect was not located. A report was written and forwarded to the prosecutor.

Suspect is a cashier at the college. A recent audit discovered the suspect stole $240 dollars. The suspect was arrested and booked for misdemeanor theft.

 NARRATIVE

A disturbance involving approximately 7-8 males occurred at this location. The victim was shot.  All subjects fled the scene prior to police arrival.  Victim and Other Involved parties were contacted.  Victim was taken to the Hospital for treatment of non life-threatening wound. Detectives investigating.

Suspects were spotted by security entering the business approximately 15 minutes after they had just been trespassed.  Both were arrested and booked.

 NARRATIVE

Victim/wife took her kids to her mother-in-law’s house. An argument ensued between victim and mother-in-law.  Mother-in-law called the suspect, who is the Respondent in a protection order with victim as the protected party, and asked him to come over to the house to help calm victim down and get her to leave.  Suspect came over to the house knowing the protected party was there.  Suspect was arrested for order violation mandatory arrest and booked into jail.

Officers responded to a car prowl in progress that then turned into a physical disturbance. The suspect was contacted at the scene by officers and was placed under arrest. The suspect had two warrants out for his arrest. The suspect was booked into jail.

Suspect was arrested by Officer after he stole items from a nearby business and ran away. During a search incident to arrest, Officer located several items that did not appear to belong to the suspect. Officer identified that some of the items linked the suspect to two prior burglaries and an auto Theft. Suspect was booked into jail.

Officer contacted the subject on the west side of Home Depot.  It was discovered the subject had 5 warrants totaling $22,000 bail.  Subject was taken into custody and booked into jail.

Subject’s parents called 911 to report their 16-year old daughter had been raped at the Eastgate Park & Ride a week ago. The juvenile admitted to the responding officer that she had made the story up and lied to her parents because she thinks she might possibly be pregnant from consensual sex with her boyfriend, and she was scared to tell her parents.  Advice/resources were discussed.  Info only report, no crime.

Suspect stole two bottles of Vodka and then fled in a vehicle.  Suspect later stole several bottles from a second store and fled in the same vehicle.

Suspect and Victim were involved in a domestic violence in a vehicle.  A passing motorist called 911 when they saw the victim fall out of the moving vehicle.  Medina and Clyde Hill Officers located the vehicle near 84th Ave Ne/SR520.  Bellevue Units responded due to the incident occurring in Bellevue, and the suspect was arrested for assault.

Officer contacted the suspect at a gas station. A records check revealed a misdemeanor warrant out of Renton. Suspect was arrested. A search led to the Officer finding small amount of suspected heroin on the suspect.

Witness observed the suspect break out a window of the victim’s vehicle and steal a bag.  Suspect ran to a vehicle and fled the scene.

Suspect was hallucinating and walked up to the drive-through of the restaurant, making threats. Officer attempted to contact the suspect, who was obviously under the influence of narcotics. Suspect was taken into custody, and then faked a seizure in front of medics.  Suspect was medically cleared and booked into jail.

Homeowner reported a female suspect inside his home.  When confronted, she fled south on 148th St. Officers set a perimeter and K-9 tracked.  The subject left behind a backpack. Suspect was not located, however Officers are following up.

Bicycle Officer observed two subjects smoking marijuana in a public place.  They were contacted and identified.  The first subject had two warrants out for his arrest for assault and harassment.  He was arrested and booked into jail.  The second subject was contacted and released.

The subject stole alcohol from a store and fled the scene.  The subject ran towards the freeway.  A bicycle located the subject hiding in the bushes near the Hampton Inn hotel.  The suspect was arrested and booked.

Bicycle unit Officers were on routine patrol they observed the suspect smoking meth in his vehicle while on his lunch break.  The subject was subsequently arrested.  Suspected meth, heroin and drug paraphernalia were recovered.

Caller reported loud bass music coming from the karaoke bar. Officers checked the area and determined the noise complaint was unfounded.  Caller was referred to code enforcement to make a complaint.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect threw yogurt on three people, who then waved down an Officer who was driving by.  The suspect was contacted and refused to cooperate.  He then walked out into NE 8th St and was almost struck by a vehicle.  The suspect was stopped in the west bound lanes of Ne 8th St and taken to the ground.  Additional Officers responded and assisted taking the subject into custody. Subject was booked into jail for obstructing police, Disorderly Conduct and False Statements.

Suspect assaulted his mother, took her phone and stole her car keys.  Prior to police arrival the subject left the scene.  Several hours later the subject caused a disturbance at a store in Crossroads.  The suspect was subsequently booked into jail.
