Suspect was contacted by officers on a Trespassing and Indecent Exposure complaint. Suspect also had outstanding BPD warrant. Officers detained and handcuffed suspect. While waiting for a victim to come identify the suspect, and for warrant confirmation, the suspect ran from officers while handcuffed and eluded them for approximately 10 minutes. The suspect was found hiding, still handcuffed, in the bathroom of a nearby car dealership on 116th Ave NE. He was taken back into custody without incident. |

Suspect assaulted her mother and then “barricaded” herself in her mother’s vehicle in the parking lot of the complex. Suspect refused multiple commands to unlock and exit the vehicle. After many failed attempts at negotiation, officers broke the window and extracted the suspect from the vehicle. She resisted arrest and was arrested and booked. |

Bicycle officers on patrol were contacted by store management advising them of several suspects that were allegedly involved in fraud at the store. The female suspect saw officers and started to run from the area while the male suspect walked away. Both suspects were eventually located. The subjects had wire cutters and other tools on them. The male had suspected meth and heroin on his person. He also had an outstanding warrant out for his arrest. Both subjects were trespassed from the store. The male suspect was booked for his warrant. |

The suspect concealed numerous bottles of beer, tomatoes, tortillas, Nyquil and condoms in his waistband. When loss prevention attempted to stop him he refused to stop. Suspect concealed 3 bottles of liquor and excited the store. Store employees attempted to stop the suspect, who dropped the liquor and produced a knife in a threatening manner. Suspect ran from the store. Employees provided the license plate of the getaway car. An officer located the car and conducted a traffic stop. The suspect was positively identified and arrested for robbery. |

Victim reported being robbed at Robinswood Park. The victim stated he was confronted inside his car by several other subjects who demanded his cellphone, wallet, and vehicle keys. A physical altercation occurred, and the unidentified subjects managed to steal cash from the victim. All subjects fled from the area in a vehicle and the victim drove home to report the incident to police. Detectives investigating. |
