 NARRATIVE

Officer conducted traffic stop and saw suspected methamphetamine and paraphernalia in the vehicle. Driver was making furtive movements and not responding to Officer commands. Driver shoved his hand between the center console and seat to dump his heroin and was removed from the vehicle and detained. Suspect was arrested for obstruction.  Drug charges pending.

Victim had parked next to a vehicle with a suspicious driver looking at her. Victim went inside the coffee shop for two minutes then found her window smashed and her laptop and bag taken.

Subject stole approx. $400 from a store and got on a Metro Bus.  The bus was located in Eastgate and stopped.  The suspect was located on the bus and positively identified. Subject was taken into custody and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

The caller reported that while checking the internet to see if her ex had posted anything about her she found a sex website with and a user name that her ex has used on other websites.  The caller clicked on a link to a blog and discovered a nude photograph that she said was her.  She said she could tell it was her because she remembered her ex taking the photo.  Case Forwarded to the prosecutor.

 NARRATIVE

Officers were dispatched to a store regarding two subjects who purchased items with counterfeit $100 bills.  During an area check, an officer located a subject matching the description of one of the suspects.  The suspect was positively identified by witnesses.  It was later determined he made purchases at other businesses in the mall.  Eight counterfeit $100 bills were recovered from three businesses in the mall and three counterfeit bills were recovered from the suspect’s wallet. Secret Service was notified.

Several BPD Officers in the Motorcycle, Crowd Control, and bike units assisted the Seattle Police Department with planned and unplanned protests related to Mayday. Events were peaceful and no arrests were made.

Unknown suspect threatened to assault the victim if he got off the bus at the same stop. The suspect specifically referenced his perception of the victim’s sexual orientation during the threat. The victim was in reasonable fear that the suspect would carry out the assault. Officers responded however the suspect had left.

 NARRATIVE

Victim showed up at a car dealership to have her car inspected after she suspected a tracker had been installed on it.  A small tracker was located underneath the vehicle, and the victim called police.  Report was taken and the tracker was booked it into evidence.

 NARRATIVE

The Officer located an occupied stolen vehicle parked in the parking lot in front of Big 5.  A High-Risk Vehicle stop was conducted and the occupants detained.  The owner was contacted and knew the female driver.  Occupants were released at the scene and vehicle was taken out of the database as stolen.

Suspect was arrested for Theft.  He was found to have two BPD Warrants for Theft.  He was booked into jail for the Warrants and charges are being filed for Theft.

Officer contacted a male inside the Crossroads Park and found him to have a Warrant for Reckless Driving.  Suspect was booked into jail.

Suspect was contacted on a Traffic Stop.  He had a suspended license and several Redmond PD warrants.  Suspect was arrested and Officer conducted a search of vehicle.  A large amount of suspected Meth was discovered.

 NARRATIVE

Officers contacted a subject who was asleep in the driver’s seat of a vehicle in the parking lot of a business.  Officers ran Subject’s name and learned he had multiple misdemeanor warrants. The suspect then fled on foot.  Officers pursued on foot. One Officer fell while running, causing abrasions to one hand, soreness to a knee, and strain/pain to his shoulder.  Other officer caught up to Subject, who was arrested.  Subject was booked on obstruction, resisting, and paraphernalia charges.

Ofc. drove by the store and observed front door smashed out.  Building was cleared, and three glass cases inside the store had also been smashed out.  Unknown when occurred.  Building maintenance was contacted, who was getting a hold of store owner to respond.  Unknown amount of loss at this time.

Suspect who has extensive history in Bellevue attempted to cash a fraudulent check.  He left prior to police  arrival.

 NARRATIVE

The bicycle unit contacted two homeless subjects who were lying next to the PSE substation drinking alcohol.  One subject gave a fake name.  Her real name was eventually located.  She was arrested and booked into KC Jail for her $5000 theft warrant out of Seattle Muni Court.

Two subjects were contacted by bicycle officers for a traffic violation.  A records check revealed an outstanding warrant out of Redmond PD.   The subject was arrested and handed over to Redmond PD.

Officer contacted suspect on a traffic stop and found him to have an outside felony warrant for drugs, $10,000.  Suspect was arrested and booked into jail on the warrant.

Suspect and victim were at a bus stop outside school. Suspect claimed she felt victim was going to jump her with her friends so she pulled out a knife.  Victim said they struggled for the knife during the fight and victim suffered a superficial cut.  School district processed an emergency expulsion for the suspect.  SRO’s following up.

 NARRATIVE

Victim and suspect were in road rage incident.  The suspect displayed a semi-automatic firearm and racked the slide.  The victim feared they would be shot and called 911.  Suspect was located by officers in the parking lot at Factoria Mall.  Suspect was arrested and booked.

 NARRATIVE

Suspect was seen smoking narcotics.  Officers contacted him and found he had numerous warrants including a Felony Warrant for Theft out of Everett.  Suspect was arrested on the Warrant.  The suspect was then found to be in possession of suspected Methamphetamine, Black Tar Heroin, and Brown Heroin.  Suspect was booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

Male was carrying a firearm, loaded, in his front sweatshirt pouch without a holster, inside his vehicle.  He went to move the firearm and shot himself through the leg.  The bullet passed thru his leg and embedded into the vehicle door.  Officers arrived on scene and secured the male and the firearm.  Bellevue Medics responded to the scene and transported the male for treatment.  Charges of Reckless Endangerment and carrying a Concealed Pistol without a License will be forwarded to the prosecutor.

 NARRATIVE

Suspect showed up to Victim’s apartment and threatened him physically.  Suspect then threatened Victim via Snapchat.  Suspect was outside location when police arrived and was taken into custody without incident and booked.
