 NARRATIVE

Officers responded to assist fire with a malicious mischief compliant.  Sometime overnight a suspect set a large fire on the sidewalk near the business wall. There was damage to sidewalk and slight smoke damage to building.  Report taken.

 NARRATIVE

Officers responded to a theft call.  Upon arrival, officers learned the victim was a property employee who witnessed a minor vehicle collision in the parking lot.  The victim believed the suspects were going to leave the scene so she confronted them and began using her cell phone to take pictures.  As she photographed the suspect vehicle, an occupant exited and took the cell phone from the victim’s hand.  The suspects then fled the area.

Sisters were involved in a physical altercation.  Primary aggressor determined and was arrested and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

Officers responded to the above listed location for a one car, tree collision in the green belt median. Upon further investigation, the primary officer developed probable cause to arrest the driver for DUI. The suspect was eventually transported to the hospital where he was treated for injuries and a blood draw search warrant was obtained.

 NARRATIVE

Students and parent reported that a male subject had posted threats on social media. The suspect was identified and arrested and booked into youth detention for the threats. Officers conducted a search of the student’s house and found no weapons. Bellevue school district expelled the student.

Two Bellevue K-9 Officers assisted Kirkland PD with the initial search for a missing 5-year old. The child was eventually later located safe at his grandmother’s in Seattle.

Property manager reported that one of the property’s storage units was broken into and being used as a stash location for stolen property. The investigating Officer identified several stolen items and drug paraphernalia. Scene and items were processed for evidence.

Officers responded to a collision where one of the drivers was possibly intoxicated.  Upon arrival officers determined the driver was in fact impaired at the time of the collision.  The suspect was arrested for DUI.

 NARRATIVE

Intoxicated subject was contacted sleeping in the back of her SUV. Subject was repeatedly warned not to drive or turn on the vehicle. Subject however decided to drive a few minutes later and was immediately stopped by officer.  DUI investigation ensued, and the driver was arrested for DUI.

Subject was observed by an Officer leaning against the guardrail over I-405 and upset.  Officers grabbed the subject as he attempted to launch himself over the railing onto the freeway.  Subject was transported to the hospital for treatment.

Officers responded to a suspicious circumstance call at the above address.  It was determined the two suspects had fled from a stolen vehicle that was located nearby on I-90.  A K-9 responded and completed a track from the vehicle to the suspect’s location.  WSP took over the investigation and custody of the suspects.

Unknown subjects dropped fliers outside houses in the caller’s neighborhood. The fliers expressed anti-immigrant sentiments. There were no threats on the fliers. Report taken.
