Officers contacted a family regarding a harassment complaint involving a neighbor. Officers learned the victim’s neighbor in an adjoining residence was shouting through the wall every time they cooked food. Contact was attempted at the neighbor’s residence but no one answered. A process server went to the location to serve papers at a residence. They noticed that door was kicked in and saw shoe marks on door. The apartment was otherwise vacant with no furniture. Report taken. |

NARRATIVE
Officers responded to the apartments for reports of a physical disturbance between and a male and female. Upon arrival, officers located a female victim with minor injuries. An investigation took place and the officers learned the suspect had physically assaulted the victim, had a felony DV Order Violation Warrant, and was a respondent in a DV Order with the victim. The suspect initially refused to exit when ordered to do so by officers. Approximately 30 minutes later, the suspect exited the residence and surrendered. The suspect was subsequently arrested on numerous charges and transported to jail. |

Officers were on routine patrol in the Factoria area when they observed the suspect jaywalk. The suspect was contacted and was asked for identification. The suspect refused and tried to walk away. The officers attempted to stop the suspect from leaving and a short struggle ensued after which the suspect was placed into custody. Suspect was arrested and transported to jail. |

Officers initially responded regarding a shoplift. While officers were responding, Security was following the suspect who had left the mall and started undressing. Officers arrived in the area, conducted an area check but were unable to locate her. Approximately 15 minutes later, an officer in the area was flagged down in the 100 block of 98th AVE NE. The officer learned the same suspect had walked into an unlocked residence, stolen property and was chased away by the residents. Ultimately, the suspect fled the area without being located. |

Officer conducted a campsite cleanup today at Ardmore Park. There was a camp in a wooded area at the east side of the park. The campsite was cleaned up by our contractors and the property was stored at an offsite location should the owners want to claim it. This is the third camp cleanup completed in the past few weeks. |

Officers responded to a parking garage to the report of two suspects that forced entry into the garage. Officers contacted two males exiting the garage. An investigation revealed that one subject had a warrant. Drugs were found search incident to arrest. The second subject was found in possession of a stolen bike. Burglary tools, credit cards, and checks in various people’s names were also found on the suspects. |
